Peanut releases Shazzan, a genie from a vase in Phil's office. Shazzan wants to press charges against Mufti, the Mizwa of Muzzy Tah, who put him in the vase. Meanwhile, Avenger inexplicably starts talking.

Very funny, good start for the final season.

Alas, Harvey Birdman is coming to an end.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
However! I think this will be the best season. In this episode, Shazzam (a genie from the 70s) appears from a vase to sue Mentok (ex genie/stripper/whatever) for banishing him in the vase. Mentok is arrested and sent to a Mangeto styled jail, with dramatic opera music in the background, as well as a reference to Silence of the Lambs (I think its that movie) In the end, Shazam is banished once again and everything goes back to normal.

There was a heck of a lot of jokes, sillyness and comic stupidity. Its one of my personal favorites.moreless

- Silence of the Lambs: When Mentok disguises himself as Harvey in hopes of being taken out of his cell this is similiar to Hanibal Lecter's escape plan in "Silence of the Lambs".

- Mentok's Cell: Mentok's jail cell is a combination parody of Magneto's cell in the first two X-Men movies (the entrance over the bottomless pit and throwing the guard, or, in this case, Harvey, to escape) and Hannibal Lecter's cell in Silence of the Lambs (Mentok painting when Harvey enters).

- Shazzan: Shazzan is a 60 foot tall genie of the 1967 children's cartoon Shazzan!. The series followed the adventures of two teen-aged siblings (Chuck and his sister Nancy) traveling around a mystical Arabian world. Mufti the Master of Emir appeared in the show as well.
