Plot: X sees Harvey Birdman in a commercial on T.V., so he goes undercover as an Exterminator. He's devastated that Harvey's forgotten about him, but, nontheless, he tries to kill him anyways. And get the crest off his helmet.

This was a great episode to me because I love X the Eliminator episodes. The funniest quote I can remember is:
X: Behold, the crust of Birdman. (shows the stuff that he got off of Birdman's feet to a guy at F.E.A.R.)
    Guy: Crest! Crest!
    X: Oh, sorry. My mistake.

This episode introduces and develops X's character, and will set him up for many more episodes in which he tries to kill Harvey and get his crest. Or as he says, Crrrrrrestt.
    This episode was funny enough.

The funniest scenes were all of those times with X trying to kill Harvey with his machine, but it took so long to start that he never did get to kill him.

I liked the plot as well.
Great plot, character development, quotes, scenes, and character introduction.
    9/10.
