I had never seen this show before watching this episode and I was completely drawn in by this one episode. It was gripping. The case was sad and gruesome and the episode is a great starter for anyone interested in this type of series.

The crime was almost a hundred years old. The medium and the psychic profiler both came up with relevant information but were kept separate to keep from collaborating. Their information was eerily similar as well. The medium is drawn to a theory that the cops thought about back in 1912 but had no proof of. The paranormal investigator had some experiences with EVP - electronic voice phenomena which was extremely distinct and clear. It is not so clear or distinct on other episodes. All in all a great introductory episode.moreless
