As they wait outside the barn, Arla acts surprised when she realizes that Duke is in love with Audrey. However, in the previous episode when Arla and Duke were talking in the bar, she said that she knew what his real feelings for Audrey were because she read Claire's notes.
The passage of time doesn't match up. When they examine Nathan, Will approximates that they have twelve hours to revive everyone. He goes to the Grey Gull with Audrey, they learn who they is, and drive to Will's house. Then he approximates that they have six hours left. It's never taken more than an hour to drive across Haven, much less six hours. So there's at least four hours unaccounted for.
When Jason puts the spoon in the ice cream sundae dish, it's several inches away from the computer screen. In the next shot where he sees the reflection on his screen, the dish has jumped and the spoon is almost touching the screen.
As the paddle-boarding woman's right arm is sliced off, she starts to fall and her entire right arm is clearly visible.
When the dead approach Nathan and Audrey in the cemetary, there's an older man wearing a yellow vest and a black hat. As he approaches, there's a man in a purple shirt and orange overalls to his right, screen-left, and an elderly woman to the right of that man. However, in the next shot, the elderly woman and the man in overalls instantly switch places and the elderly woman is now directly to the older man's right.
As the dead surround Nathan and Audrey, a bald man stands behind Nathan. Initially there is a brown-haired woman in a shirt and gray sweater to his left, screen-right. The camera does a clockwise spin and in the next shot, there is no one directly to his left or between him and Nathan. When Audrey says, "So ghosts are walking the streets of Haven," there is now an older woman in a white blouse and yellow cap standing between the bald man and Nathan, and the brown-haired woman has disappeared. When the dead turn and leave, the older woman is now much further to the bald man's left and the brown-haired woman is still not visible.
When Cornell's copy tells Audrey that he's going to kill her eventually, he is handcuffed to the pipe near the ground. as Audrey leaves, he is still lying down but his arm is handcuffed on the pipe section a few feet higher.
This episode marks the reappearance of Dr. Lucassi. He was originally seen in the episode "Harmony" as the doctor of the Murray Q. Frederikson Psychiatric Facility. The "Freddy" was built in honor of Murray Frederikson, who suddenly decided he could breathe like a fish and disappeared under the sea, like the Troubled family in this episode.
When Audrey drives away the first time, her license plate reads 6516NU. However, during the second time she drives away and arrives at the school, her license plate reads 1924RZ.
When Halsey is killed by the fork lift and propeller working together, Nathan checks him for a pulse. Nathan can't feel, so he wouldn't be able to tell if the man had a pulse.
The sign on the chief's door as Nathan goes in and finds Driscoll waiting for him says "Wuornos." However, the official website, press releases, and closed captioning all list the last name as "Wournos."
Trivia: The Chief's first name is identified as Garland. Audrey and Nathan's middle names are Prudence and Thaddeus, respectively.
Since anything that happens to the sketch happens to the object portrayed, the vase in Vickie's studio can't be intact when Audrey and Nathan arrive. The person who took the sketches dropped the vase sketch on the floor, which would have broken it at that time.
As they examine the hieroglyph at the scene of the second attack, Audrey says she saw it "at the site of the two other attacks." At this point there has only been one other attack, on T.R. Holt at the beginning of the episode.
You can't really tell that Audrey turns on the electric paddles before she shocks the doctor. The machine needs to charge and makes a humming sound before it discharges electricity. Plus, no sound is heard from the machine beforehand.
