  • Season Finale.

    7.5
When i saw Wo Fat in the beginning, i thought it was going to be a fantastic episode, but then it started to go down fast. The overall storyline was good and i did enjoy the episode, especially when Wo Fat shot lan Wright, coz he really was getting on my nerves. I'm back for season 5 and hopefully we can get this Wo Fat, McGarrett and Doris storyline finished once and for all. Thumbs Up CBS. To The Cast, Have a Great Break.moreless
  • Love the MVP poll... LOL

    5.0
The value of the Episode MVP Poll really shows here. Tied with Steve' McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) for first is Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth)... even though her only appearance this episode was in the opening credits. I guess looking that hot is worth something though. Another no-show was Max Bergman (Masi Oka), who also got some votes. Meanwhile, SWAT Captain Lou Grover (Chi McBride) didn't even make the list, even though the show arguably revolved around him. His wife made the list. So did his daughter. Poor Chi - he had to wear that God-awful golf outfit at the end, and still no love.

On the reality front, didn't they demonstrate pretty clearly on Mythbusters that being in a small room with a big enough explosion to break through a foot of reinforced concrete and rebar is NOT survivable? I really wish more TV and movie writers would watch that show.moreless
  • If is so ridiculous why watch it?

    8.0
Here's what I think - if this episode was soo ridiculous why the heck watch it? If you want something else better to watch go watch the news. What I will agree on though is that the part with how Wo fat escaped was a little exaggerated, but that's tv for you. I agree with what someone said about the Wo fat story line wearing a little thin. However, I liked the fact that the show didn't end on a cliffhanger. It leaves the show in an interesting place and it is also an opportunity for the writers to get together and hopefully introduce something new and fresh. Cheers to season 5!moreless
  • Another ridiculous episode

    1.5
You can blow your way out of a Supermax prison easily. You can wreck the town to save your love one, but get away if you are h50.
  • The fourth season ends with Captain Grover desparately trying to save his kidnapped daughter from an old nemesis.

    7.0
For the third time in four seasons we have a finale episode where a recurring character dies. It's not such a bad death this time considering that Nick Jonas has as much acting talent as a dead deer. That aside overall this episode was not too bad. I have seen better, I have seen worse. One thing you can say about this episode is that it is certainly not boring. It does a very good job in keeping the viewer's interest. However there are other problems. Wo-Fat's completely implausible getaways continue here. It's beginning to wear thin. I will say that I like the twists and turns concerning the storyline of Renee Grover's kidnapping. I think that was very well done. What's also commendable in my opinion is that there is no cliffhanger here. Renee was released unharmed and the case is closed. Now it's on to season five. Look forward to seeing you there. Aloha!moreless
