While attempting to pay off his parents' debt collectors, Hayate attempts to kidnap and hold for ransom the daughter (Sanzenin Nagi) of a very wealthy couple. Things become complicated when Nagi mistakes Hayate's kidnap attempt for a confession of his love for her.
