Unlike other season finales in which there is usually a final battle, this one is different. It ends at its climax, leaving a series of questions to be answered.
Form the begging of the episode it had prommise and lived up to my expectations. The battles between He-Man and the members of the council are well made and we finalyl see He-Man fighing at his best but failing.
I liked the members of the council of evil more than the evil warriors, because they had more individualized and cooler powers.
The scene where the Sorceress gets blasted by Skeletor, who just combined the Ram Stone with Marzo's amulet is superb, fianlyl showing her being defeated. I really liked the fact that Skeletor is shown as I like a boss-villain to be made: ruthless, striking fear, invincible (Marzo's full power couldn't even touch him).
All in all, a great episode, whicj wraps up all the loose ends of the series but leaves a semi-open door, lets say ...moreless

    • Why did Evilseed and Marzo leave He-Man alive with his sword only one foot away?

    • Adam couldn't hold on to Teela while she was being pulled by Webstor's web, but he could release his sword that was hanging by another web with a stick? Response: Its entirely possible that Webstor, just like real spiders, has different types of webs. The web used to pull Teela would be made of stronger material, designed to hold against struggling while the web used for the sword could have been a much simpler web.

    • (He-Man knocks Belzar and Chadzar down) He-Man: The bigger they are... (gets hit by Azdar) the harder they hit!

    • Skeletor: (to the three giants) You are aware that I sacrificed my Evil Warriors without a second thought – and them I liked!

    • Skeletor: Duncan, one more act of disobedience, and I'll have to take away your privileges. Oh wait... you have no privileges! (laughs)

    • Webstor: So, Skeletor, what exactly is this ultimate power that lies inside Greyskull? Skeletor: That for me to know and you to obey orders!

    • (On the communicator) Man-At-Arms: Teela, can you read me? Teela? Orko: Er, Teela is not here at moment. How's this? Man-At-Arms: Orko! Orko: Orko? I'm Orko!!
