The last episode ended when the Evil Warriors were arriving at Castle Grayskull and this episode begins moments before that, and the dialogue between Skeletor and Adam is quite different.
How exactly did the Masters (Man-at-Arms in particular) re-arm themselves after Moss-Man broke them out? Did he bring along a spare cache of weapons? Response: Other Man-at-Arms, who would have needed a completely new set of armor, the others could easily have taken their weapons from someplace in Snake Mountain. Their weapons could have been stashed there by the Evil Warriors.
When Webstor originally hits He-Man with his webbing, it's attached to He-Man right wrist. After sliding under Whiplash, the webbing suddenly is attached to He-Man's left wrist.
Beast Man, Merman and Stinkor are piloting the Masters air and ground vehicles they had stolen when escaping from the Eternian prison. But during the battle with He-man, Beast Man is riding a Griffin and both Stinkor and Merman are piloting Skeletor's aircraft.
The 3 giants can be seen leaving the battle before they decide to.
Part of Clawfull's body is green when he and the rest are fleeing the battle.
Count Marzo: I heard you're good... Evil-Lyn: Oh, better than good!
Beast-Man: My pal Skeletor. You gotta love a guy like that!
Skeletor: (to Adam) It's not nice to take what rightfully belongs to others. But then – like father like son.
Skeletor: Just out of curiosity, Prince Adam, how were you plan on stopping me? With your good looks?
He-Man destroys the Ram Stone.
He-Man now has a longer transformation sequence. We now see the sword grow, then Adam's arms, then his back as his shirt disappears, then a close-up of He-Man's chest as his straps appear.
The flower that Orko discards while looking for Adam's sword looks like the flower that he turns Adam into in the flashback in "Lessons."
The Simpsons The goldfish in the fishbowl that Orko tosses down when looking through his robes for Adam's sword has three eyes - sort of like the radioactive fish seen in the episode "Two Cars In Every Garage And Three Eyes On Every Fish of The Simpsons.
