    So when is Heartbeat coming out on DVD?
    how can we ask for it?

    According to ITV, there are no plans to release Heartbeat on DVD.

    A real shame when you consider this show has been a solid TV staple in the U.K. and in many other countries for so many years.

    Darn
    I notice Amazon UK has VHS for Heatbeat not a good buy compared to DVD just a few prorams nowhere near the 16 series they have made.

    Meanwhile I will keep plugging "Heartbeat" into Amazon UK

    Do a seach for "Video" & "heartbeat"

    on the Heartbeat VHS sales

    were it  says
    "Customer Reviews
     Be the first person to review this item."


    click it and say something like "I wish Heartbeat would come out in DVD format."

    I so wish they would do DVDs. They are airing Heartbeat in Finland for... eeeh... at least third or fourth time. And were are in series 12-13 here. I am not really sure since I am a little behind. But I have them recorded

    I am an English emigrant living in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and I watch "Heartbeat" episodes on TVO (Ch. 2) on my T.V., and record them on my VCR every Friday night both for myself and for my sister up in Barrie, Ontario. I also have this computer in my flat. I would really like for a North American source for downloads or DVDs of episodes of this English drama, but to date ITVN in the U.K., and TVO here in Ontario are either unable or unwilling to present downloads or DVDs to loyal "Heartbeat fans on this side of the pond. Is there any way, any way at all, of presenting us loyal Heartbeat fans over here with quality English drama? Any positive thoughts or ideas on my plea are, of course, welcome.

    I also wish that DVD's would come out. I live in Israel and do not have a TV. I started watching DVD when I did have a TV. I really want to get the DVD's so I can watch on my comuter.

    I would love a Heartbeat DVD.

    They always seem to put the same ones on again and again when they are repeated and I would love to be able to just watch my favourites!

    I have watch HEARTBEAT since it started in 1992 and I have not missed 1 episode in every series and I would like to buy HEARTBEAT on DVD so I can watch it over and over again.

    About 3 years ago my dad and I began collecting the Heartbeat episodes when they showed repeats. We have every series expect 2 series now and i would advise anyone who wants Heartbeat on DVD to start recording them now. It very simple to put them onto DVD and you can have them forever that way.

We have every series expect 2 series now and i would advise anyone who wants Heartbeat on DVD to start recording them now. It very simple to put them onto DVD and you can have them forever that way.

    Me too! Surely ITV realise hardly anyone has VHS now and you think they woukld welcome the chance to make money from DVD sales. I just got a DVD recorder so am recording episodes of ITV3. Better than nothing!

    btw I started watching Heartbeat late and am thankful to ITV3 for letting me catch up on earlier episodes but can anyone tell me the series and episode title where Blaketon (my favourite character) had his heart attack?

    It's good finally being able to record Heartbeat on DVD. Are there any other folk out there who think Oscar Blaketon needs a good woman? If I had been around Yorkshire in the 60s I wouldn't have pushed him away!!

    I have been a fan of Heartbeat since I saw my first episodes probably in season 5, Like others on this forum I have tried in vain to d/l and acquire copies of the series to no avail. If anybody can point me in the direction of obtaining a few episodes I would be very happy. I try to keep up to date with the few episodes that are shown on TV but without a recorder it becomes a problem.
