Hell's Kitchen

Every great chef has a discerning palate, so Chef Ramsay tests each chef's ability to identify ingredients relying solely on their taste buds in the blind taste challenge. The winning team is granted a luxurious sushi meal overlooking the ocean followed by a relaxing day of horseback riding. Meanwhile, the losing team is charged with delivery day duties and backbreaking labor in HELL'S KITCHEN. Later, Chef Ramsay presents the chefs with a surprising challenge in order to determine which contestant deserves immunity in the next dinner service and will move one step closer to a life-changing prize.

In a continuation from the previous episode, it's once again the Red Team vs. the Blue Team during dinner service, but this time the chefs have the opportunity to show their personalities by creating the menu. However, instead of showing off their skills, some chefs crumble under the pressure and Chef Ramsay's patience runs out. Tune in to see whose menu has Ramsay asking for seconds and who is sent packing.

In the first hour of this two hour episode, we see the continuation of a dramatic elimination round, where Chef Ramsay makes an announcement that changes the competition for good. Later, Chef Ramsay announces that Hell's Kitchen will be hosting a very intimate dinner for distinguished members of the United States Army.

Chef Ramsay announces that Hell's Kitchen will be hosting its first-ever Quinceañera and throwing a party fit for a princess. During the challenge, the Red and Blue Teams prepare a tasting menu for their special guest. The winning Team earns a fun-filled day at an amusement park, while the losing Team stays behind to transform the restaurant for the party. Chef Ramsay puts the pressure on the chefs to execute a flawless dinner service, but when one chef throws another under the bus, guests are left hungry and dinner service comes to a halt. Frustrated at both Teams, each Team must nominate two of their weakest links, and Chef Ramsay makes an unexpected decision.

In anticipation of Steak Night at Hell's Kitchen, Chef Ramsay challenges the Red and Blue teams to create five beautiful steak dishes. Each Team member selects one cut of meat and goes head-to-head with an opposing Team member. The winning Team earns a day in the sun and poolside pampering, while the losing Team must prepare and butcher meat for dinner service. Later, dinner gets off to a rocky start when one diner finds an unpleasant surprise in her dish. Fed up with the lack of communication on both Teams, Chef Ramsay sends the Teams into deliberation, and tempers flare during another dramatic elimination round.

In the farm fresh challenge, each member from the Red and Blue Teams must enter an animal pen to determine which type of protein they will cook in the Team challenge. Chef Jon Shook will judge alongside Chef Ramsay to determine which team will go on a VIP trip to an aquarium and which team will stay behind to clean and feed animals for Hell's Kitchen's petting zoo. Pressure mounts during Family Night dinner service as the contestants must not only impress the regulars, but Chef Ramsay's family, as well. In a lopsided dinner service, one team soars while the other wallows, forcing the losing team to put two of their own team members up for elimination.

In the continuation of a heated elimination, Chef Ramsay makes an unexpected decision that changes the competition for good. Chef Ramsay challenges the remaining contestants to create six stunning Chinese dishes, which will be judged by renowned chef Martin Yan. The Team with the best dishes will earn a day in the sun on the paintball field, while the losing Team will prepare the tedious and delicate dim sum dishes for dinner service. During dinner service, one team disappoints a VIP guest at Chefs' Tables after dropping a lamb dish on the floor, while another chef overcooks multiple fish. With two chefs from each Team up for elimination, Chef Ramsay must choose one more chef to send home for good.

This week's Reward Challenge tests the chefs' palates as they try to identify the protein in five dishes, with the fastest Team getting to spend a day at a beach house while the losers spend the day grinding and milling grain for fresh bread. Later, they are given an early morning wake-up call to prepare breakfast for EMT workers.

The Red and Blue Teams are asked to create a healthy meal for Olympians Maurice Greene, Natalie Coughlin and Danell Leyva after a 3K run. The winners jet off to California's wine country, while the losers clean the race course and prepare for the dinner service. Later, both Teams suffer from a lack of communication, and Chef Ramsay is forced to break up a fight between two contestants.

Chef Ramsay challenges the contestants to improve their teamwork by working with lobsters, with the winners getting a day on a yacht while the losers clean 100 lbs of fish for the night's dinner service. After a disappointing dinner, Chef Ramsay asks for two contestants from each team to take part in an elimination round.

For the first time in Hell's Kitchen history, the latest batch of 20 aspiring chefs head to Las Vegas to present their signature dishes to Chef Ramsay before a live audience. The contestants split into two Teams, Red and Blue, to prove they have what it takes to win the grand prize as Head Chef ar the Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill at Caesar's Palace. The winning Team with the most impressive dishes win a VIP night on the town as well as attending a special concert, while the losers are sent back to Los Angeles in a school bus.
