  • This show is developing well, the wanna be chefs still have not shown much.

The reward challenge cleaning squid is not what I would want to do early in the morning, or for that matter any time during the day. The red team wins and the blue team not only has to prep all the squid but then when service is about to start get their air conditioning turned off, it reminds me of when I first started in the business working in incredibly hot kitchens in the summer, not fun at all.
Dewberry is just not cut out to work anything but do pastry. He was out of his element during both dinner services and walking out is an automatic ticket home.
  • Dewberry breaks under intense pressure

In this episode, each team must clean as much squid as possible. The prize is a privately-cooked dinner with Ramsay. The punishment is a two-parter: prep all the squid while the winners eat and their air conditioning is shut down during service. Red team wins and Blue team loses.

Tonight, the Red team loses because over half of their tables didn't get their main courses. It didn't help that one of their tables ordered a pizza. Jeff and Dewberry are sent to the chopping block. While Jeff's kidney stones caused him a lot of problems in the vegetable station, it was Dewberry who walked off and nearly abandoned his team, shutting the kitchen down. In the end, Dewberry was cut down by his own cowardice.
