Sara attempts to sabotage several of her teammates by telling them that she is ready to bring food to the pass when they are, but when the time comes she tells Chef Ramsay that she had not even fired the fish yet, waiting for her teammates to call for her to start making it. Virginia in particular was berated by Chef Ramsay for their supposed lack of teamwork with Sara.
When Rachel runs to get ice during dinner service as part of her Team's punishment, she forgot to take any money to the store. She goes down on her knees at the store and begs one of the customer's there to buy the ice for her, and he agrees.
The children rating the kitchens must have been allowed to give half points, because each kitchen was cooking for 50 kids, and the Blue Kitchen only won by a half a point.
Chef Ramsay complained about the square shape of some of Sara's pizzas, but unlike every other time when he was unhappy with the appearance of food sent to the pass, he still sent them out.
The Reward Challenge: The teams had to prepare a lunch service for kids. The menu was changed to just pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs and fries. The kids would have to rate the food out of 10. The red team scored a 9.84, while the blue team scored a 9.85. The blue team was treated to a day at the amusement park, while the red team had to clean up the mess the kids made in the dining area. As a second punishment, the Red Team had to run and get ice when needed during the dinner service.
Keith's nickname is revealed to be K-Grease.
In this episode, Heather was moved to the Blue Team.
Best of the Worst: None

This is the first time that the contestants have had to prepare a lunch menu in Hell's Kitchen. It's also the first time the contestants of this season completed a service in both kitchens.
Maryann: (referring to the noisy kids at the lunch service) Come on, let's go! Put some foods in their mouths and shut them up!
Chef Ramsay: Welcome to Hell's Kitchen kindergarten. In front of those children here, move your bottoms. And I mean move your asses, yeah? Can't do it without ****ing swearing.
Chef Ramsay: If that was the last thing to eat in this country, I'd ****ing starve.
Restaurant Patron: (referring to Rachel, performing her Team's punishment) What is she doing carrying ice...? She should be cooking my meal!
Chef Ramsay: Tom has a big heart, unfortunately he's a crap cook. Why on earth he ever decided to attempt to become a chef, I'll never know.
Chef Ramsey: (referring to Heather) We've got a woman moving to the Blue Team to show some balls!
Mary Ann: (to Sara) How did you cut yourself? You're making pizza!
Chef Ramsay: (to Tom) You're going to blow fire in your face, you ****ing donkey!

When showing the trashed dining room, the soundtrack sounds like a mixture of the theme of the TV show The Twilight Zone and the movie Psycho.
Garrett: Dude, the new name of our team is 'Three Men and a Little Lady'.
Garrett is referring to the 1990 movie Three Men and a Little Lady, which was the sequel to the hit Three Men and a Baby, starring Tom Selleck, Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg.
