Chef Ramsay orders the ten remaining contestants to cook breakfast for visiting servicemen and women. Members of the winning team receive a day of R & R, for the losers it's KP. Then there's another dinner service to prepare that night.

Goof: When hanging up Joanna's jacket at the end, the hook beside her's (on our right) says J.R. and is holding a blue jacket, but no one in either kitchen (eliminated or not) has the initials J.R.
Julia did so well leading her team in cooking breakfast, Chef Ramsay sent her over to the Blue side to help them finish their service.
Best of the Worst: None
Nominees for Elimination: The Red Team's Joanna and Julia. However Chef did not agree with nominating Julia and Jen put herself up for elimination instead while Julia was told to go back in line.
Eliminated: Joanna
This is the first time ever in the history of the show that they had to serve breakfast. This was also the challenge for this episode. The red team won and the blue team had to peel potatoes and onions for the army and navy, who were the guests at Hell's Kitchen.
Aaron passes out while the blue team is peeling potatoes as punishment for losing the challenge. He is immediately rushed to the hospital. It is revealed in a phone conversation between him and chef Gordon Ramsey that his doctors said he has a very serious illness and he is forbidden to return to Hell's Kitchen. This is the second time in the entire series that a contestant was forced to leave Hell's Kitchen due to illness. The first time was when Larry left on the second day in season two.
Chef Ramsay: Bonnie!
Bonnie: What's wrong? Are they raw?
Chef Ramsay: Oh, come on. You've just asked me, 'Are they raw?' Why don't you tell me what the **** they are?!
Chef Ramsay: Not only did Joanna serve rancid crab that could've seriously made a customer ill, she completely gave up, screwed her team, and if you can't handle one individual section, you got no chance of running a business.
Jean Philippe: (when Joanna's crab is rancid) Shall I recommend something else?
Chef Ramsay: No, you ****. Yeah, you recommend a new restaurant!
Brad: I don't think Aaron is our weakest link, I know he is our weakest link.
Vinnie: (about serving breakfast to the Military) It was very disheartening not to be able to service the people who serve us.
Navy Sailor: If I'd of know I was gonna get my food out quicker, I would of joined the army.
