This episode marked the first ever Hell's Kitchen cooking school.
Best of the Worst: Christina Nominees for Elimination: Jen and Bobby Eliminated: Bobby
Hell's Kitchen was not only filled to capacity, 120 patrons, but also consisted of a twelve-top, a table with twelve diners. In accordance with Ramsay's standards, all twelve people were served at the same time.
As a special gift, Chef Ramsay gave all six of the "cooking school" house wives a complete set of his new stainless steel cookware. The set, by Royal Doulton, was designed by Ramsay himself.
Rewards Challenge: Turning the kitchen into a "Cooking School," each Chef had to teach a house wife how to make lobster spaghetti. The Chefs must not do any of the work. The team with the best tasting dish wins. Reward: Christina wins a special lunch with Chef Ramsay and two other famous chefs - Ben Ford and Mark Peel. The chefs cook for and talk with Christina. Punishment: The remaining chefs were given the task of cleaning Hell's Kitchen.
(after Jean-Philippe bangs his head on the glass door) Chef Ramsay: Can we get a sign on here? Open your eyes, you Belgium ****
Chef Ramsay: Although Bobby was big in stature, he fell short in a number of areas. I kept on waiting for him to emerge, but he never did. That's why I have to say 'Over and out, General Bobby.'
Jen: I'll keep it going, Chef.
Chef Ramsay: You're too ****ing slow. Get out of the way.
Chef Ramsay: (to Jen) I asked you to speed up and put a little energy in your step and it's like clump, clump, clump, clump, clump, clump.
Corey: (in an interview segment, as Christina has a reward with Mark Peel and Ben Ford) Christina's reward is not good for ego because she gets more and more cocky about her cooking skills.
Corey: I think Petrozza was definitely excited, you know, to be working next to, like, a hot girl and I think he probably just needs to stay a little more focused.
Chef Ramsay: (seeing the dog brought by one of the ladies) Lovely. Can I take your... gerbil? Does it have a name? Housewife: Zeus. Chef Ramsay: Zeus. Right, Zeus. ****, Zeus. (taking the chihuahua from her) Uh, Scott, can you look after Zeus, please, and maybe put him in the steamer? Excellent.
Chef Ramsay: That's the essence of becoming a great chef-- becoming a great teacher.
Bobby: (in an interview segment) I-- I love when Chef cooks, man. It's amazing. He like tells a story with-- with his food.
