Lacey is one lazy person, who quits before the cooking even starts. She needs to be eliminated soon, she's not gonna much further any way. Colleen should be legally obligated to refund everyone she scammed 300 dollars out of. I can believe she gave Ramsay back talk about manners and made to the end of the show, without being eliminated. She can't seem to do anything right.
Giovanni definitely should not be a waiter. 90% below average rating from customers is pretty bad. He needs to take some lessons from Carol.

Episode Summary

The chefs split into teams of men and women and immediately set to cooking their signature dishes. Ramsay is appalled by a number of the dishes, but, surprisingly, finds a large number to his liking. One chef is chastised for trying to give him a lesson in manners. The two teams select team names and prep for the first dinner service, but one chef on the Red Team annoys her teammates when she suffers a breakdown and threatens to quit. During dinner service, the chefs struggle through a power outage and two of the chefs try their hand at being waiters. A disastrous dinner service leads Chef Ramsay to select the losing team based on the performance of their waiter. Ultimately, one chef is unable to recover from a critical mistake and is sent packing.moreless
