    • Final Dinner Service Teams:
      Dave's Team: Ariel, Robert, Suzanne
      Kevin's Team: Van, Amanda, Sabrina

    • Rewards Challenge: For their final challenge, Dave and Kevin were whisked away by limo to a skyscraper late at night, not long after the elimination of Ariel. There, they traveled by elevator to the roof, where Chef Ramsay showed them a crowd of people cheering outside and gave them their final task for a reward. After changing back into their chef's jackets, they had 45 minutes to prepare an entree that would be tasted by five judges, people holding positions of power within the restaurant industry.

Reward: Dave won this challenge, with three out of the five judges preferring his dish to Kevin's. For winning, he got to have first pick of the returning chefs for the brigades that would for the final dinner service.

    • Dave Levey was declared the winner of Hell's Kitchen season six.

  • Quotes

    • Chef Ramsay: (during the closing credits) I'm nobody's bitch. I'm nobody's bitch. I am nobody's bitch.

    • Chef Ramsay: Hey, one-armed bandit. (voiceover) Dave has a very natural ability and a very sophisticated palate. He fought through excruciating pain and excelled and went on to win Hell's Kitchen. He's gonna be an amazing asset to the Araxi Grill and Bar in Whistler and I'd like to wish him the best of luck, but honestly, I don't think he'll need it. (end voiceover) Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of Hell's Kitchen, Dave!

    • Dave: (in an interview segment) I can't believe I won. And it's a dream come true. I'm totally in a state of shock.

    • Kevin: (in an interview segment) My wife was giving birth to my son was stressful. This is right up there, man. My head feels like it's gonna pop right now.

    • Dave: (in an interview segment) Tonight was like a hell of a battle and I was on top for a long time and no matter what the outcome is, you know, I'm gonna hold my head high.

    • Kevin: At that moment, when I was about to lose it, I caught myself, and then I was just like 'Not gonna yell anymore. We're gonna do this and we're gonna do this together. Let's go.'

    • Kevin: Listen, listen, listen. Medium well. No, no, no. Medium rare.
Amanda: (in an interview segment) He keep calling out different temperatures. I don't know what he wants.

    • Dave: (in an interview segment) I don't care how long it takes. I'm not gonna send some ****ing stuff out, just to get done faster.
      Chef Ramsay: Well spotted.
Dave: Thank you, Chef. (back in the interview segment) It all has to be perfect.

    • Kevin: First Amanda ****ed up the scallops, then Amanda started messin' up the risotto and I was like, oh (covers his face with hands) no!

    • Robert: (in an interview segment, after messing up a risotto) Dave was just covering his monkey ass. He looked like Nixon. 'I'm not a crook.'

    • Kevin: I need someone to give me some ****ing damn appetizers.
Chef Ramsay: It's your ****ing career on the line. Don't ****ing sink it before it's too late.

    • Dave: Robert, you are my ace in the hole. Work out risottos comin' in like crazy.

    • Robert: (in an interview segment) This is my last night in Hell's Kitchen. I'm gonna bring the **** pain, you know?

    • Amanda: I'm trying, chef.
      Kevin: Don't try. Just do.

    • Dave: (in an interview segment) I've got so much heart and soul that I've put into this thing. (in the kitchen) Good job, guys, I like that callback. (in the interview segment) It's time to show everybody what I've got. (in the kitchen) Everybody's a chef in this kitchen.

    • Van: Show time. Show time. Let's go. The one-armed bandit's going down tonight.

    • Robert: (in an interview segment) Dave did a pretty smart move keepin' it simple, but I look back at my man Kevin...
Kevin: We're gonna pour a little bit of the sauce over it.
      Amanda: Gorgeous.
Robert: Every one of his plates could be on the cover of Gourmet Magazine.

    • (Chef Ramsay sends Dave and Kevin out to pick up a "delivery" from a waiting truck. Inside turn out to be the chefs that are coming back for the brigade)
Kevin: (before the doors are opened) Don't sign for it until you see what the hell we got.

    • Dave: Being final two is just mind-blowing. I mean, this ranks up there on 'Insane parts of Dave's life.'

    • Narrator: (recapping the season to date) As for Chef Ramsay, he was his usual...
Chef Ramsay: (in footage) How are you, princess?
