The remaining aspiring chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to use local ingredients from Whistler, British Columbia to create three entrees. The entrees are judged by some very special guest judges-- Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen and a Olympic gold medalist Jonny Moseley. The winning team is sent for a fantastic dining experience at Campanile restaurant and also gets to meet chef Mark Peel. The losing team spends a day at a farm, doing grueling chores. The dinner service presents the two teams with an added twist-- having to create their own menus with three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts. This challenge is met with more success by one team than another, but both teams struggle at service. A service that seems to begin smoothly enough goes south when two chefs make a big mistake on fish. Ultimately, this mistake is enough to send one chef packing.moreless

      • Rewards Challenge: The teams watched Chef Ramsay on a television screen from the Araxi restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia. There, he selected fifteen local ingredients used in Araxi for a Hell's Kitchen challenge. Each team was required to create three entrees using those fifteen ingredients without repeating ingredients more than once. Both teams had two and half hours to complete the challenge, at which point Chef Ramsay arrived with two guest judges-- Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen and gold medalist Johnny Moseley. Reward: The Blue Team won this challenge and was rewarded with lunch a Campanile. The got to meet renowned chef Mark Peel, who prepared fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches for them, and were also given Whistler, British Columbia beanie heats. Punishment: For losing this challenge, the Red Team was sent to an area farm, where they had to milk cows and clean out the pig pen.

      • Nominees for Elimination: Service went so badly in this episode that Chef Ramsay shut things down. He asked both teams to pick out a single nominee for elimination. The Red Team went with Sabrina, because of her previous services according to her. The Blue Team went with Van, though when asked to name the nominee, Dave stated that he personally felt that Suzanne was the weakest. Eliminated: Sabrina.

      ADD QUOTES
      • Chef Ramsay: Sabrina wanted to be the head chef in Whistler. Now all she needs to do is take those red lips and whistle on out of here.

      • Sabrina: (in an interview segment) Tennille started sweeping in the middle of service. Oh my God, how do you have time to sweep right now? I don't have time to do anything but cook.

      • Kevin: (in an interview segment) Dave, you're the ****ing man. You are awesome.

      • Chef Ramsay: I've never made the mistake three times! Never! Never, never, never, never. Never.

      • Dave: (in an interview segment) When you're in Hell's Kitchen, the best thing to do is be ready for war at all times.

      • Tennille: (in an interview segment) You know I don't know what half of this **** is. But irregardless, everything I put on the plate is gonna taste good.

      • Sabrina: (in an interview segment) Tennille went up to Chef to present her dish as lamb, which was venison. Who knows what's gonna happen? Chef Ramsay: Tennille, what is it, please? Tennille: We have a magnificent lamb. Chef Ramsay: What?!

      • Sabrina: (in an interview segment) Ladies and gentlemen, the mystery meat is-- aha!-- it's venison! Ariel: Shrimp to go with the lamb, maybe. Sabrina: (giggles) Sorry, that makes me laugh.

      • Sabrina: Do you want to take the bones off making some sort of sauce? Ariel? (in an interview segment) They are not listening to me, just 'cause I've been on the chopping block two times. The girls don't think that I have an input, but I'm sorry, that's wrong. We're on the same team.

      • Tennille: (in an interview segment) Suzanne's gone. (chuckles) It's a new day, baby. (singing) It's a new day, hey.
