There are times when watching this show I think that Ramsey keeps some people for the sole purpose of ratings. But now that the show is getting close to the end, the competition is getting serious. I don't know why I didn't predict Tennille to leave. Even though she had made major improvements in the last few episodes, even still she wasn't good enough to win. Kevin, Ariel and Dave, either one of them can win and I would think Ramsey made a good choice. Ariel needs to step up the game some more to clench victory. Kevin has been solid the whole season, his victory would not be a surprise. But to be honest, I think it will all come down to Dave and Kevin: the One-Handed Bandit vs. the Cooking Jock. These last few episodes are going to show who is really worth the prize. There will be no more room for mercy or mistakes, its Do or Die Time!
Predictions:
Ariel: Unless she steps up and doesn't mess up, its over for her.
Dave: He should be in the Final Two if his hand doesn't kill him.

Episode Summary

The four remaining aspiring chefs are given a stern talking-to by Gordon Ramsay, or rather a pint-sized imitator named Felix Light. Following this, they set to the business of day's challenge-- creating vegetarian dishes for 80 surprise guests. Unbeknownst to them, the guests are a group of eight finicky children. The winner of the challenge is sent for a day of pampering, followed by lunch at Nobu, Los Angeles restaurant, while the losers are made to clean up after the kids, then prep for service. Chef Ramsay stresses "passion" as the main ingredient for the evening's service, but one chef puts in plenty of passion, but not enough skill. The service is ground to a halt by the actions of this particular chef, who only barely avoids being kicked out. The final results come to this chef and one who is struggling with a physical problem. Following the evening's elimination, the remaining three chefs are allowed some time with their families.moreless

Rewards Challenge: For this challenge, Chef Ramsay told the aspiring chefs that they needed to cook 80 portions each of a chosen dish for a vegetarian lunch that would be eaten by mystery guests. Chef Ramsay lead the chefs to believe that they were cooking for vegetarians, but the actual guests were 80 schoolchildren. Reward: Tennille's dish was selected as the best by 55% of the children. For winning, she was treated to a day of pampering in Beverly Hills, followed by a lunch at Nobu, Los Angeles. Here, she got to have lunch with Gordon Ramsay prepared by master sushi chef Nobu Matsuhisha that included sashimi salad and King Crab Tempura. Additionally, she received a gift of authentic Japanese knives by J.A. Henckels. Punishment: The losers had to clean up after the mess made by the children, including scraping gum off of the undersides of tables and sweeping away confetti. They then had to prep for service, which was being held that evening.

Eliminated: Tennille. Tennille made so many mistakes compared to the other chefs at dinner service that although she was not kicked off during service, Chef Ramsay saw no need to to go through the normal elimination process once service was over, instead telling her straightaway to take off her jacket.
