The four remaining chefs are given a taste of the Savoy Grill, then told to recreate one of the dishes that they just tasted. A chef makes a bold move that doesn't pay off, while the winner of the challenge spends time with their family on a yacht. The losers are forced to clean the dorms of the detritus of past contestants. The next day, one of the losers awakes with heavy back pain that threatens to take them out of the competition. Following a near-quit, this contestant vows to push through. During the evening's dinner service, Chef Ramsay tests each chef by having them run the pass. Each of them face sabotage during their turn at the hot plate, but not all catch it. Following the service, Chef Ramsay eliminates two chefs, revealing the final two that will compete in the grand finale.

Holli and Jay become the fourth and fifth people to have never been nominated for an elimination. Jay is the first non-winner to not be nominated.
Rewards Challenge: In this challenge, Chef Ramsay gave the aspiring chefs a taste of the Savoy Grill by bringing some dishes that will be served there to them. They were then given 45 minutes to recreate one of those dishes by taste.
Reward / Punishment: Holli won this challenge, just beating out Benjamin. Both made the same choices in ingredients, but Chef Ramsay felt that Holli's dish was cooked just a bit better. For winning, she got to have a day on a yacht with her son and his father. The losing chefs were made to clean up the dorms inside and out.
Elimination and Final Two: Since there were only four chefs left and he was cutting two, Chef Ramsay stated that he didn't want to hear any nominations, but instead asked each chef to give their reasons why they should stay. Benjamin stated that he was good technically, he bounced back during the evening's dinner service after nearly quitting, and he felt he was the best cook there. Jay stated that he'd never had a bad service, that he was consistent, super-passionate and the best choice for Chef Ramsay. Autumn noted that she had been put up numerous times for elimination, but that she had never quit and she was very resilient. Finally, Holli noted her consistency and that she had never been kicked out of service, that she'd never been nominated for elimination and she felt she was strong enough. Chef Ramsay began by eliminating Autumn. He then selected Jay as the first finalist and Holli as the second, making Benjamin the other elimination.
Holli: (in an interview segment) There's no nice Holli anymore.
Jay: (in an interview segment) Bottom line is I'm here to win.
Benjamin: (in an interview segment) The time that I've spent in Hell's Kitchen has definitely reconnected my passion. There's no way that I can go back to teaching.
Benjamin: (in an interview segment) Autumn loves the sound of her voice. Unfortunately, nobody else does.
Holli: Scott, the scallops need to be cooked on the other side as well.
Scott: I thought we only cook them on one side.
Holli: No.
Jay: (in an interview segment) I just love, you know, to keep handing Chef Scott food back and makin' him redo it. I've been gettin' yelled at by Chef Scott every day, so it's nice to, you know, pay him back a little bit.
Holli: If I lost both my hands in a horrible accident, I think I would still try to cook with my feet.
Jay: If I lost to Holli, I'd be really angry, but if I lost to Autumn, I would be suicidal.
Holli: It feels so nice to win these challenges because Jay and Ben (clicks her tongue) think they are, like, superstar chefs, and they're maybe starting to realize, like, hey guys, I can cook.
Autumn: (in an interview segment) I just, I just want it so much. Just don't want to go home.
Jay: I'm wearing jeans. (in an interview segment) Chef Ramsay says, you know, 'dress up' and this is me dressed up. I don't even own a suit.
This is the first season to not have a semi-final round between the top three competitors. Instead, it went from four chefs and down to two in one episode.
