  • Trivia

    • Final Dinner Service Teams:
      Jay's Team: Benjamin, Jason, Fran
      Holli's Team: Autumn, Nilka, Siobhan

    • Rewards Challenge: For their final challenge, Holli and Jay were given just one hour to cook five different dishes-- an amuse bouche, a cold appetizer, a hot appetizer, a fish entree and a meat entree. Their dishes were then judged by five different executive chefs from Gordon Ramsay's restaurants in Europe.

Reward: Jay won this challenge, with a final score of 3-2. For winning, he got to have first pick of the returning chefs for the brigades that would for the final dinner service.

    • Holli Ugalde was declared the winner of Hell's Kitchen season seven.

  • Quotes

    • Chef Ramsay: Holli won because she's grown as a chef more than any other chef in Hell's Kitchen. At the start, she was barely noticeable, but then she got her confidence. She emerged, and there was no holding her back. I'm absolutely thrilled she'll be working for me at the Savoy Grill in London.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) I'm not psyched about losing, but it was very close and Holli did a great job and deserved to win.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) This is monumentally life-changing. One of us will move to a different continent and work for the most amazing chef in the world. I didn't come here to lose.

    • Autumn: (in an interview segment) Nilka and Siobhan don't know what they're doing. It was just easier for me to just handle it.

    • Holli: Autumn, it's not bad to take some help from somebody if you need it.
Autumn: They don't know what they're doing.

    • Holli: (in an interview segment) I don't know why people bring **** up to the pass when they know that they wouldn't eat it.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) This is the biggest moment of my life. My adrenaline's going. It's, you know, the most I have to gain, but also the most I have to lose.

    • Holli: If I hear silence, we're screwed. (in an interview segment) I will be the head chef of the Savoy after this. I'm really confident. I'm scary confident right now.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) Holli, you may be attractive, however I am going to mop the floor with you and your face.

    • Benjamin: (in an interview segment) If I can't compete against Jay, I wanna compete with Jay.

    • Autumn: (in an interview segment) For Holli to win, I'm going to have to work fish and garnish, and also cover hot and cold apps to help out Siobhan.

    • Siobhan: (in an interview segment) Oh, I knew I was gonna get picked last. It sucks in a way, but I was so glad that I was not on the same team with damn ****ing disrespectful ****ing lowlife Ben.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) How do you like me now? To win this, it makes me able to relax. I feel like I'm already like a step closer to winning this bitch.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) We're in a culinary frenzy. Ovens on, pans on, and searing this and cooking that. One hour to cook five dishes for all of his head chefs in Europe. I mean, they're gonna be super-critical, so it had to be perfect.

    • (Chef Ramsay has requested that the two finalists dress nicely for a surprise he has planned for them)
Jay: I'm wearing jeans. That's all I have.
      Holli: I'm wearing jeans too.

    • Jay: (in an interview segment) I think I underestimated Holli. I thought Ben was my biggest competition, but I can beat her.
