Rewards Challenge: For this challenge, the teams had to prepare dishes for a possible menu to be served at a Hell's Kitchen prom. Both teams had to prepare one appetizer and two entrees.
Reward / Punishment: For the first time ever, it was a shutout. The Red Team won with both their appetizer and their first entree. Even though the victory had already been sealed, Chef Ramsay asked that the second entree be tasted as well and that one also favored the Red Team. For winning, the Red Team got to enjoy a day at Knott's Berry Farm. For losing, the Blue Team had to transform Hell's Kitchen for a prom.
Nominees for Elimination: The Blue Team won the dinner service, and Chef Ramsay declared Sabrina to be the best of the worst for the Red Team. She nominated Melissa for drawing negative attention to herself in every service and Emily for obviously being in way over her head.
Eliminated: Having noticed some annoyance from Nona when he declared Sabrina to be the best of the worst, he asked Nona who she thought should go home. She said that she felt that Emily was "not there." Chef Ramsay agreed and told Emily to take off her jacket.
Russell: (in an interview segment) I'm riding this bitch till the end. So step back and let daddy take control because I'm not playin' games no more. I'm here to ****ing win the cash and win the spot.
Chef Ramsay: (sighs) Like everyone in Hell's Kitchen, Emily started at the bottom. Unfortunately, she stayed there.
Emily: (in her exit interview) I'm not ready to go home, but if Chef Ramsay can't see my skill, that's his loss. He can go yell at somebody else tomorrow.
Chef Ramsay: I can't teach common sense. I'm not here for that.
Sabrina: (in an interview segment) They want to send me up every elimination? Well, guess what, bitches. It just blew up in your ****ing faces.
Nona: (in an interview segment) Sabrina's clueless about everything. With everything. It's an absolute insult that Sabrina gets to nominate people. I just... ugh.
Chef Ramsay: Melissa.
Melissa: Yes, Chef.
Chef Ramsay: If the steaks aren't cooked, don't slice them. Rule number one.
Russell: (in an interview segment) I'm sick of losing. I'm gonna just start screaming at people.
Chef Ramsay: (annoyed with the Red Team's continuous lack of performance) Here's what happens now. You'll just all melt down. You'll give up. She'll tiptoe around it, she'll put her head up her ***, and you'll just stand there. No fight back. ****.
Chef Ramsay: Look at me!
Boris: Yes, Chef!
Chef Ramsay: We're doing one table at a time. It's not a race.
Sabrina: (in an interview segment) The only thing Emily had to make was crab cakes. My six year old could do this.
Chef Ramsay: I want you running like a machine. Perfect coordination and phenomenal teamwork. What are we tonight?!
Nona: (in an interview segment) It is so frustrating to work with Sabrina because she literally does nothing. She'll stare at the cooler, just staring at it. It's just mind-boggling to me that she's still here.
Vinny: (regarding the prom committee) Lousy pain in the asses. (in an interview segment) I hope all three of you, you have a lousy prom and a lousy night. I hope the girls spill something on their dress tomorrow.
Trev: (in an interview segment) Somebody's got to be the adult in this group and it doesn't seem like anyone else is going to do it.
Sabrina: (in an interview segment) Even though I can't stand my team, I can't stand my team even more when we lose, so we have to work together and we can win this.
Melissa: I'm sorry, Sabrina, she has a horrible attitude. She needs to ****ing go.
Vinny: (in an interview segment) You know what? You wanna take charge? Go ahead and take charge. We'll follow your lead and see what happens. Doesn't work out, you're finished.
Boris: You know what. If you're willing to be led, I'm willing to ****ing lead. That's it.
