When Daphne arrives at Pinehearst late in the episode, when Linderman says "You're late, have you completed your task?", Daphne turns. As she turns and walks you can see a crew member in the upper right-hand corner.
The opening narration for this episode, usually by Mohinder, is done by Nathan.
Powers Developments: Stephen Canfield: Canfield can generate vortexes that permanently make objects disappear off the face of the earth. Eric Doyle: Doyle can physically control people's actions, puppet-like, by mimicking the motions he wants them to make.
Symbol appearance - The Pinehearst logo contains the symbol, as half of the DNA helix.
Hiro: Every hero hits a slump now and then. Ando: Slump? Are you kidding? We are the worst heroes ever. Hiro: Don't talk like that, Ando. Ando: First we lost the formula. Then we lost the speedster. Then we lost Adam Monroe- Hiro: We've made mistakes, but we can't lose heart. The world is depending on us. Ando: The world is screwed.
Noah: (to Claire) I know you're disappointed, but I did what I had to do. For us. Sylar: She doesn't believe a word you're saying. She knows exactly what you did back there, why you didn't take down Stephen Canfield when you had the chance. Noah: Nobody's talking to you. Sylar: Claire finally sees you for what you are. A user. Isn't that right, Claire? (to Noah) You used her to try to find that poor man, then you used him to try to kill me, because to you, I'm nothing but a monster. (to Claire) He doesn't see our humanity, Claire. He never will.
Nathan: (opening voiceover) It's all happening so fast. My life is a speeding train and I'm not sure where it's headed. One thing is certain, I've been given a second chance, touched by God and I've got to believe that he has a purpose for my life. So why am I filled with self-doubt? Plagued by demons, real and imaginary? Frightened by the challenges ahead, and haunted by the ghosts of my past? Does God know what I am? Do I? Am I an angel, or a monster? A hero, or a villain? And why can't I see the difference?
Knox: You're the one with the powers? Hiro: Yes. I control time and space. Knox: Cool.
Claire: Mom. Sandra: Claire! Thank God. I was so worried. Are you okay? Because if you are, you are so grounded.
Hiro: We are bad asses now! Ando: Yes! Very bad ass!
Hiro: (in Japanese) He said look tough. Not like Mr. Roboto. Ando: (in Japanese) This is my tough guy walk.
