Yes, and that was the last we saw of Sylar in that episode. Then Peter told the Haitian to go after Sylar. So that's why we're wondering where he went.

Sylar just got away, so Haitian tries to find out what's happening and decides to go find Angela at Primatech is probably the most likely thing he did yeah.

He was chasing him...so it would make sense for him to go where Sylar was...it never said he lost track of him, he was only a few seconds behind him.

Sylar has been able to get away quickly other times. If he was chasing him to Primatech then Sylar shouldn't of been able to have enough time to lock him out.

Whatever, it's just a guess. The fact it, we just don't know where the Haitian went.

Question: Did Sylar have enough time to absorb Hiro's abilities when he was teleported away from the Bennett home, and if so, is it possible he doesn't know he has it?

If Sylar had empathic mimicry "on", then the very moment Hiro appeared beside him, Sylar gained his ability. That's how it works for Peter, his empathic mimicry is on all the time unless supressed by an outside force, so that when someone gets close enough to him then he automatically gains that person's ability.

Another question: In the episode "I Am Become Death," Tracy goes to see Dr. Zimmerman. In Zimmerman's house, there is a photo of Zimmerman, Barbara (presumably), the German, and another woman. My question is if anyone knows how any of these characters know each other. Are the German and Barbara related (or the German and Tracy)? And will Barbara ever appear on the show?

In Vol.4 we will see the Haitian pull out the glass from Sylar's head. He did go after Sylar and listened to the conversation between Sylar and Angela. He later on realized that he too is being manipulated by Angela.

Question: Now that Sylar has two ways of getting abilities, what are the differences, if any, of slicing people's heads open and using the mimicry similar to what Peter does? Does one have a different effect on him and does he learn things better than the other method?

Yes, I know it's more than one question.

I don't think he has the patience to use mimicry. Feeding his hunger is done alot better with the old "cut open the head" method. To use mimicry, he had to go through chatting to Elle and well you know how it ended between those two. I'm certain he'll stick to killing people and taking their abilities.

About Sylar possibly getting Hiro's ability, if he did, he won't know for a while, cause the writers said they were shying away from time-travel in the next volume. Which explains why they had Hiro's ability taken away by Arthur.

Now here is what I see as a major plothole.

At the end of Villians, Arthur makes Hiro think he is a 10-year old. Why did he do that instead of taking his power? It makes no logical sense, unless he knew that Hiro would eventually go back and talk to his mom, get his memory back and become the catalyst. Seriously, no one is that good at predicting.

In "Five Years Gone" we see that "Future Hiro" die. If Ando really did kill Hiro in that other future then that could be a sign that Hiro will die in a few years no matter what.

About Ando killing Hiro with that power,
    *SPOILERS*

if his power is an amplifier/supercharger, and judging by how Ando killed Hiro its the same power he got in the last episode, so how can it kill him???? what does amplifying the power to control the time-space continuum do exactly??? i don't see how it can kill him.

no he couldn't have got his power, for HIS empathy power to work, he's gotta be on the same emotional level as the person with the power, like with elle, and even then he can't fully control it. at the point when hiro teleported him, Sylar was in a murderous state, and then confusion, while Hiro was calm and determined. theres no way he got his power and if he did it would turn this series on its head for the worst.

The reason why Arthur made him think he was a ten year old was because he was trying to wipe ALL his memories like the Haitian did to his bro, and as you could see from that, it takes time. Arthur was working his way through his head when Ando jumped off the rock and tried to get him off Hiro, that distracted him enough to stop the brainwashing and gave time for Ando to get Hiro to teleport. make sense?

Question: How do Sylar and Doyle's abilities differ? They are similar, at least to me.

Isn't Doyle the Puppet master guy? His abilities is that he can control other people's movements and make them use their abilities on themself if they aren't invulnerable to it (so like he couldn't make Meredith burn herself with her fire but in a graphic novel made a guy blast himself).

Man, I thought Doyle had one of the coolest abilties. Hope he's not dead. He was genuinely creepy.

This is another question that has been floating around in other threads but I just want to be sure, so I am sorry for the repetitveness.

Question: If a person with the ability to paint the future(Issac and Usutu) paint their own deaths before it happens, is it possible for them to prevent it from happening?
