What is this Mystery Sock I hear spoken about so much?

    What is this mystery sock on Heroes? I've heard Hiro mention it on and off throughout the season, is it the source of his skills that make him so great in the future?

    eh.... I don't ever remember Hiro talking about a mystery sock, although Angela Patrelli stole some socks from a store in like the second episode of the first seaon.

    I think you may mean Mr. Isaac  ('Meese-stir-eye-zoc' in Hiroese).

    He's the painter, and the first other hero Hiro meets, so he's important.

    "Mystery Sock" is a nickname for Isaac coined by TWoP. It comes from the way Hiro pronounces Isaac's name (mista eesok?). The first time I heard it, I fell out of my chair laughing.

    LOL i hope the person who created this topic was joking because you cannot belive that a story as great as Heroes would contain a mystery sock lol!

    Haha... Yeah. Mrs. Angela Patreli did stole some socks in a store where she got arrested.

    I can't believe I guessed that right.  You have to say it five times fast to hear it.

    Since we're on the subject of socks, I thought it was wierd that Mrs. Petrelli would steal socks for attention one day and attempt to hide her son's death for the election the next.  Maybe the writers just don't want us to know which side she's on.

    I wondered for the first few episodes about that too.

    I kept hearing Hiro and Ando talk about a Mystery Sack. I figured that maybe they were gay and kinky.

    Oh wow. No, the sock has nothing to do with the storyline. Angela just stole something for the heck of it. Or maybe she was checking to see if her powers still worked....hmmmm.
