  • Four months ago, Niki tries to save her family, Maya and Alejandro discover their abilities and Peter finally remembers how he ended up in Cork, Ireland.

    9.6
The flashback chapter of this volume is exciting but not as surprising as one would think.
DL isn't dead after the events of Kirby Plaza and together with Niki try to fix their lives. Bob visits Niki at the hospital (after it is revealed that he had paid for all the medical bills of DL) and offers to help Niki get rid of her multiple personality disorder. During those four months, Niki stops taking the medicine (offered by Bob and the Company) and suddenly a new personality arises in Niki. Her name is Gina and she used to be Niki's alias in California at a camp. Meanwhile DL is a fireman and saves lives everyday. When he finds Niki missing however and a note saying she is in California DL tracks her down. At a club Gina is still in control until she is given a picture of her family by DL and Niki regains control. A fight between DL and a man from the club ends up in the death of DL seen in chapter 3: Kindred of this volume.
Alejandro almost got married four months ago to a woman cheating him with her ex-boyfriend. At her brother's wedding Maya's ability manifests and kills everyone at the wedding (besides Alejandro) when she catches Alejandro's to be wife with that man (and that is the reason why both Maya and Alejandro are wanted by the police in chapter 1: four months later). Realizing the horror she had caused she runs away and leaves her brother behind. Three months later Maya is at a church in Venezuela (and appearantly a nun) when her brother finds her. With him Alejandro brought the police thinking that might be the only way for Maya not to kill again. At that moment Maya releases her power again but this time Alejandro counters it by making Maya relax (this is the first time Alejandro's ability manifested). Frightened both of them by what they can do they run away and that is how we end up with their chase in Honduras in chapter 1: four months later.
Finally, after Peter rescues his brother from the explosion (the explosion damaged Nathan's face and that explains the reflections Nathan has been having since the beginning of volume 2) and submits him to a hospital, he flees but is captured by Elle and Bob. Brought to the Company Peter is given a chance to keep his power under control (or don't have them at all more precisely) and keep him safe from the world. At a cell in the Company, we see Elle's everyday jolts given to Peter and Peter's meeting with Adam (whose at the cell next to his). Meanwhile, Nathan's wife Heidi visits her husband who tells her everything that happened in volume 1. Angela has a talk with Heidi and lies to her that Nathan is dillusional and she shouldn't believe anything; this explains the abandonment of Nathan by his wife and kids and the restraining order against his children. Peter's talks with Adam start to affect him when he realizes that the Company is not helping him but in fact keeping him imprisoned. A month before he ends up in Ireland, Peter stops taking the pills (that Elle provided him so that his powers wouldn't work) and together with Adam they escape from the Company. A week later Adam gives some of his blood which heals Nathan's wounds and his burns and together with Peter plan to leave USA and go to Canada. But the Haitian and Elle get in their way and when they split up, the Haitian follows Peter and locks him in the cargo container (we saw in chapter 1 Peter to be in, in Ireland) after he takes away his memory and gives him his helix necklace. Supposedly, the Haitian was supposed to capture him and return him to the Company but he reveals he has let him go because of Angela and the help she provided to him.
Overall quite revealing episode. From the three stories the most interesting is by far that of Peter, although Niki's story is not that bad. Maya's story on the other hand wasn't all that interesting although the reason why Maya and Alejandro were wanted for murder was very important to reveal. Key facts: notice Elle's life story telling to Peter. Her life is so sad and she is in fact a sociopath. More will be revealed in the next chapter which is full of Elle and Claire. Niki's third personality Gina appears in this chapter and is never mentioned again. Enjoy!
  • Another episode pieced together beautifully.

First I would like to say, Elle returns, and I am really starting to like that character. Her power is so cool. Four months ago, Peter survived & we learn how Takezo Kensei became Adam Monroe & seals Claire's future. She is going to live forever it seems. Elle gets a bunch of airtime. Maya's story, how it all started. I like how Nikki had a 3rd personality. Too bad DL had to die. What happened to Sylar? That's what I would like to know. Now we know how Nathan gets healed. Enough with the fillers. I want to now what happens next!
  • I love the show but this was boaring. :/

Peter runs into Adam Monroe at the warehouse in Montreal. Adam helps Peter recover his memory using his healing powers by thinking of his brother, Nathan. Peter flashes back to four months earlier when Nathan is flying a radioactive Peter through the air above New York City. Nathan becomes progressively scarred due to the radiation, and Peter releases himself of his brother's grasp, knowing he would kill him if he exploded. Peter does explode, but flies down in time to save Nathan from falling to his death. Peter takes a seriously injured Nathan to the hospital, but is then apprehended by Elle and Bob. They take Peter into the care of The Company and promise to help "cure" his powers, thus stopping him from ever being a threat to those around him.

Nathan remains in the hospital. He tells his wife, Heidi, the truth about his and Peter's incident, but his mother convinces her it is a psychotic delusion that runs in the Petrelli family and nothing more.

While Peter waits for the cure to be ready, he takes power-suppression pills and slowly comes to communicate with and befriend Adam, who currently resides in the adjacent cell. Adam eventually convinces Peter that The Company will not help him, and the two escape. They go to the hospital where Nathan is being treated and give him an infusion of Adam's blood, which heals his scarring. As they try to escape, Elle, and the Haitian pursue them there. Adam tells Peter to meet him in Montreal, and the two split up. While Elle electrocutes Adam, the Haitian chases down Peter, but instead of recapturing him, erases his memory and locks him in a storage crate. He does this, he says, in order to repay Peter's mother for helping him many years ago.

    D. L. survived his gunshot wound from How to Stop an Exploding Man, and he, Niki and Micah start a new life together. Bob pays the medical bills and offers Niki medication to prevent a relapse of her split personality. Niki accepts the offer, but eventually stops taking the pills. A new personality named Gina manifests, takes over, and heads to L.A. to party. Meanwhile, firefighters are battling a house fire and D.L goes inside to save a woman's child trapped in the home. D.L goes in the burning home and rescues the child. When he returns home, Micah says they have been airing his heroic deeds on TV and Micah considers him a hero. He goes to see where Niki is and finds a message written on the mirror saying "Gone to L.A". D.L immediately assumes that Jessica has written it. D. L. follows her and reclaims Niki. However, he also assaults one of her fellow partiers, and the man later returns and shoots D. L. at point-blank range, killing him :(

Alejandro Herrera has just gotten married, although his sister Maya disapproves of his new bride and also dislikes the idea of sharing her brother, who she is very close to. Her unease proves justified when she discovers the woman cheating on Alejandro by having sexual intercourse with her old boyfriend at the wedding celebration. Maya is furious and her power activates for the first time, killing everyone at the reception except herself and Alejandro. Maya admits to him that she is somehow responsible and flees. Three months later, Alejandro tracks Maya down in a convent and turns her over to the police. Her power activates again, but Alejandro successfully brings it under control. Now understanding the horrid nature of Maya's ability, the siblings flee the church and begin their run from the police.

The episode ends in the present day, with Peter and Adam in Montreal. Peter stumbles after his memories come back to him. He tells Adam he remembers everything, to which Adam asks if they should start saving the world now. Peter smiles.
  • Everything is connected after the finale of season one.

    10
This episode totally made sense of the time lapse between the finale of season one and the premiere of season two. Peter returns from the future and Adam/Kensei begins to use his healing power to help Peter remember his past. Apparently after exploding and not killing anyone, he returned Nathan to the hospital, only to be abducted by Elle and Bob. There he was given "Haitian pills" that nullified his powers. After realizing he was nothing but a prisoner, the person in the cell next to his (Adam/Kensei) began speaking to him. Together they made a conspiracy and escaped. Adam/Kensei gave Nathan some of his blood, so that his hideous burns were healed. Adam/Kensei probably managed to escape Elle who was chasing him, but the Haitian working secretly against the company locked Peter up, and wiped out his memory.

Alejandro and Maya are seen at Alejandro's wedding (I think) at at first it seems Maya has a thing against her brother's bride. Her suspicious come true though when he sees his bride cheating on Alejandro with another man. Her powers start to kick in and everyone besides Alejandro lay dead. Maya runs away after seeing the terrible catastrophe she has done. Later she is praying in a church when Alejandro finds her. He brought in the police as well. She kills the police with her powers and runs away with her broter.

My favorite part was Niki's part, where some of the personality disorder thing came back. After the events at Kirby Plaza, D.L. survived the gun shot. When Bob offers Niki a place in the company, she refuses because she doesn't want to give up her family. Later D.L. takes the job as a fireman near Micah's eleventh birthday. But, Niki tosses out her regular medicine and shortly afterward another personality emerges named "Gina", and she runs to L.A. D.L. finds a message saying so, and when he goes there three days later (I think), he finds her partying in a club. When Niki returns to her normal self and starts to leave with D.L., he is shot. At the funeral, Bob emerges once again. Poor D.L., I really thought he deserved a better death than being shot in a club. I really thought this episode was perfect, =).
  • Everything is told! Including Peters haircut! :):):)

  • wicked

    9.3
Absolutley loved this episode, thought it was really good how we got to see what happend in those four months, but i cant believe how DL died in it. I thought it would have been better if he died in some kind of battle, not to have just got shot at point blank rage by some drunken idiot in a club. Niki deserves to be happy. Why is this Adam bloke so helpful why exactly is he trying in to help Peter so much. will Peter ever get to see Katlina ever agian I hope so he deserves to be happy. But then again if everyone was so happy I think that the show would not be that good, a little drama never hurt anyone!
  • Awesome!

    9.7
The episode depicts flashbacks that show what happened between the first and second seasons. Peter is taken prisoner by the Company where he meets Elle until he escapes with Adam and gets his memory erased by the Haitian. D.L. is killed after a new personality of Niki's manifests. Maya reveals her power, which leads her and Alejandro to America in search for help. In present day, Peter remembers who he is. Wow. This episode was awesome. It has been one of the best episode of Heroes so far. Like everyone said on here Heroes season two gets much better to the end, and they are right. This episode was amazing. I loved the parts with Peter and Elle and Peter and Adam. Those scenes were brilliant. I can't wait to watch more of Heroes. Bring it on.
  • Thats the Heroes I once loved...

    9.6
Almost everyone agrees season two is a letdown of season one but this episode was excellent every characters story was awesome, thought it was the best episode of season 2 so far Elle is great, Adam and Peter are cool aswell, I think Adam is a bad guy to be honest just something about him. The story and characters finally develop. Poor old DL it was sad to see him go. What the hell was all that about with Nikki cool things happened all over the place in this episode. It was great to see Elle again. The next episode is even better though.
  • Adam helps Peter remember the past.

Nathan begins a seemingly impossible recovery from the explosion. He's hurt. Niki, DL, and Micah share a short reunion. DL is just injured but afterwards e gets killed because of Gina, one more of Nikki's alter egos. Bob, Elle, and the Haitian help and hinder a few of our heroes. Maya and Alejandro first manifest their devastating abilities. Maya killed everybody on the Alejandro's wedding except Alejandro. Peter is searched by the Company and he is stated in a room like in a prison. He meets Adam there. Adam and Peter decide to escape from them. Adam's blood helped Nathan to recover. Adam and Peter arrange a meeting in the warehouse in Montreal.

  • Another amazing episode that explains a lot, but also asks s few more even bigger questions.

    10
In an amazing flashback episode we see the events that lead up to what we see now, the events of four months ago. We find out that Peter meets Adam while he is being treated by the company, and we also see that Bob is behind a lot of what happened. We see that Adam manipulated Peter into thinking the company is bad, but the question still remains, who is right and who is wrong. Adam might seem like he wants to help, but knowing that he was betrayed by Hiro and hearing what he said really gives you an idea on what Adams real motives are. It now makes sense how Adam escaped, it was Peter who helped him after he was basically brainwashed by Adam, which really mixes things up, but in his situation makes sense why he would go along. DL's death was also something that was explained, and the explanation didn't make his death seem better, as he was killed trying to save his wife. The reason why Peter ended up where he was is explained, and it seems as if it was for his own protection that he ended up there. The one thing we are left to ponder is when Peter remembered all his past memories, did he pick up on the fact that Adam's plans are not all that they seem? Thats one of the big questions we are left with, even though some are answered.
  • Who cares about the plot because Sylar wasn't even in the episode!

    9.0
The Peter and Haitian storyline was amazing. I just love it when the pieces of the Heroes puzzle fit together. But I had a problem with two things in this episode. If of all, what is up with the Niki/DL drama? That was the crappiest way to kill DL. When they had him go into the fire (as a fireman) I thought, "Okay, he'll die in the fire saving someone. That's a respectable way to go, I guess." But no. Some random person had to go and shoot him instead. I couldn't believe that they did that in such an unimportant way. Geez, poor Micah! His unintelligent/weak mother (in my opinion) was the reason for his heroic father's death. That sucks. But second of both, there was no Sylar. WHAT?! He is what I had questions about, most likely because I love Sylar and need to know exactly what happened there! And fyi, the commercial for this episode was misleading because it featured Zachary Quinto and didn't show him in the episode! Darn you misleading commercial people!!!
  • Adam who?

    9.4
This episode was basically an explanation for what happened in the four months between seasons one and two. It was a very informative episode and was placed at the most perfect position between the episodes. We get to take a look at what was going on with Peter before he lost his memory, how he really saved Nathan, and what a wreck Nathan was before Adam's blood came along. The whole episode was great and very exciting. We see how DL was murdered, which I thought was rather pathetic and could've been something massive and extreme instead. We also figure out where Alejandro and Maya's problems started way back during his wedding, and how Peter come around with those few possessions in the middle of nowhere. The primary key of this episode, I think, was getting introduced to Adam's character, and maybe even comparing him to the Kenzei we already knew. Not to mention, Elle, who I thought seemed like a bit of an enigma, but seriously is nothing but a little woman with awesome powers and no control.
  • Good but enough flaws to not get a 10/10

    9.6
I couldn't give it a 10 out of 10, I voted a 9.6 out of 10. The episode basically did all the things it was supposed to do but there was ONE thing missing, ONE MAJOR thing that was missing to me personally and that was what happened AT KIRBY PLAZA. V-G and I always tease and talk crap about them for not exchanging cellphone numbers or SOMETHING, that was a major cop out. They just focused on bringing us up to speed on the current story with Elle, Bob and Monica, Mya and all the new characters. What the hell happened to Sylar?! I understand how Peter had his powers surpressed (The Haitain/Pills) but why is Sylar without power. Ok, fine..they only had one hour to catch us up, forget Sylar, it was still a Kirby Plaza cop-out. Loved the episode but it wasn't perfect.
  • Excellent filler episode!!!

    10
Well now we finally know what happened in the four months between season 1 and 2: Peter forced Nathan to let him go after badly burning him with radiation, he exploded, presumably regenerated, and flew in to save his brother after which he became a prisoner of the Company. He met Adam Monroe (who in the present time was having him repair his memory by healing the part of the brain the Haitian damaged to regain all of his remaining memories that he didn't get back by reading his mother's mind with Matt's telepathy power) who was a prisoner in a cell adjacent to his, Adam finally managed to convince him of the fact that he was in fact a prisoner, after not taking his power-suppresent pills for five days he had Elle zap him in order to absorb her power, then used his phasing power (which he must have absorbed from DL that night at Kirby Plaza when he absorbed Niki's super-strength and defeated Sylar with it) and got them both out of there with his phasing power. With his escape he and Adam healed Nathan from his radiation injuries with Adam's blood (starting a trend of healing even mortal wounds or even death with Claire's blood) and split up before his memory was wiped by the Haitian to give him a chance at a new life (too bad for him he couldn't find a way to permanantly block Peter's powers). I don't trust this Adam Monroe though: something just seems fishy about him to me.
  • In this episode we learn in flashbacks about what happened after the events on Kirby Plaza and how it now all fits together!

    10
So this episode was in one word amazing!

One thing I really like about this show is that some things stay unknown in the beginning of the season, this gives the show an extra demension and makes it that much more thrilling.

Then at a certain point you need to know what happened earlier to continue the story and that's exactly what they do, very well I must say!

I this episode all unknown bits fall together and that makes it very exciting to watch! You see how Maja learns about her powers after she saw her brother's wife cheating on him with her ex, how Niki ended up at the company to threat her ability and how Peter ended up in the shipping container.

Personally I liked the storyline of Peter the best, because in that storyline the most parts were missing and now it all becomes clear!

So if you haven't seen this episode yet, you really should watch it!
  • Ahhhh..... so this is what really happened....

    9.1
Okay, now I am not as confused as I was before. We finally understood how everything happened after the explosion. I am still not sure about the Adam guy. I don't know if he is a good guy or not. And where did he come from? He's been at the company for 30 years and didn't age at all? Does he keep travelling in time all the time? I am also not sure about Niki either. I can't make up my mind if she is good or not yet. I still think she is really giving up her ability. Also, so that's what really happened to D.L. I really thought he had died back at season 1 finale. But I guess not. But you know he could have just as easily used his ability when the guy pulled out the gun like he did when he was going to punch him. I wanna know what's happenning with West now that he knows who HRG is.
  • Explanations for the missing months.

    9.1
The little twists in this episode is what shows the clever writing that has been reinstalled in Heroes, with DL surviving only to get shot defending Niki a second time, Jessica having left and a new personality arising, Peter meeting Adam in the Company and a few others with Nathan.

This episode explains a lot, with Adam, Peter and several others going through a turning point, and Adam healing Nathan, yet the radiation side not completely wearing off inside.

Overall, Heroes is improving gradually, and now has promising storylines. The episode is pretty entertaining, and the Company conspiracy grows even more along with several other secrets.
  • WOW, finally, we see what happens in the four months that were missed out between Season 1 and 2

    9.4
Well, all i can say is WOOOF! The episode was one of the best. Adam finally came into the blend and helped Peter escape the company, we learn that he is centuries old and immortal and both he and Peter make a great team in escaping the Elle and Bob! One might point out as a criticism that it seem that only Bob and Elle run the company as we dont see any other scientists of security guards in the building, but i believe this adds to the effect of the Seclusion that Peter has from the outside world! We then understand finally why Heidi Petrelli left Nathan. The main reason is because Angela warned her about the madness in her family and that Nathan my be coming a victim of his fathers illness!
There is a haunting scene in the form of Maja learning of her deadly powers at her brother Ernesto's wedding ending in Catastrophe! We learn that D.L did not die from the wounds he suffered in the finale, but due to Niki starting a Company-sponsored drug program another hidden personality has emerges and ultimately results in D.L getting shot...again!
As i have said this episode was simply 'revealing' and answered alot of questions, the episode finishes leaving us with the understanding of how Peter ended up in the fishing container in Cork! To Conclude in three words, Enlightening, exhilarating, excellent!
  • The events of the missing for months are revealed. We find out why Maya and Alejandro went on the run. It is revealed how Peter ended up in Ireland and his relationship with Elle and what happened to Nathan, Niki, and D.L.

    9.7
Four Months Ago is an episode that shows the reason why I watch this series. The way they explained what happened to Peter, Niki and D.L, and Nathan. Elle reveals more of her self to Peter about her past and what she'd done when she first discovered her ability. We find out how D.L died and why Niki went to Bob and The Company. This is a great episode and it ties together how Peter met Adam and how they are going to "save the world". You could tell that Bob isn't all good as he tries to let on. Heroes is back and Cautionary Tales will be as good, or even better.
  • We finally learn what happened after the explosion above Kirby Plaza :D

    9.6
Adam helps Peter remember the past. Nathan begins a seemingly impossible recovery from the explosion. Niki, DL, and Micah share a short reunion. Bob, Elle, and the Haitian help and hinder a few of our heroes. Maya and Alejandro first manifest their devastating abilities. I really liked this episode it revealed things we wanted to know about Peter Maya and Alejandro, D.L. etc. Bob: As long as your abilities are in control of you, you will always be a hazard; to yourself, to your family…
    Elle: To the whole world.
Peter: Believe me, if I could turn them off, I would.
Elle: Don't worry; we've done that for you.
  • Above-average flashback episode...

    8.5
This could well have been a stale filler episode that revealed a few choice facts to us without significance. However, this episode actually fleshed out the missing information and included a few surprises.

Several key characters were missing from the flashbacks, and whilst their inclusion would've been welcome, it would most likely seem shoe-horned, as their arcs didn't require any flashbacks - i.e. The Bennets/Hiro.

Things are now nicely set in motion for the ever-building exposive climax between all of these plot threads. One of the better episodes of the decidedly slow-moving season two, and an encouraging sign of things to come.
  • This is how Season 2 should have started!

    9.5
Episode 8 - Four Months Ago

Should have been the episode to start Season 2. Why did they wait until episode 8 to tell us what happened? This episode was what Heroes was in the 2nd half of season 1 - fast, revealing, compelling television. Too bad that volume 2 - Generations will end by episode 11.

Now we know what happened to Nathan and Peter after the explosion, the reason for Nathan seeing a burned image of him in the mirror, and why he recovered his face after that incident. We also have an idea where the series is leading up to in this episode. This is the pivotal episode of the season. All the previous episodes in Season 2 lead up to this revelation episode. Great episode. Best so far this season.
  • Great episode, We learned more about Peter and Adam/Takezo.

    8.3
The episode developed more on Peter and Takezo's characters more whhich was good, because we needed the background for them. The episode also told us alot more about Elle, which made it a bit more interesting. It showed that Peter continued his power sponge effect by using Elle's and D.L.'s powers. One of my few hated characters (Maya and Alejandro) were developed more making them more exciting than the usual cry and kill everyone like every other episode. I think that the writers need to build on those two more or they should just have Sylar kill them off. If not its just gonna be a bit boring with them. In short good episode, but not perfect.
  • Amazing!

Four monthes into the past: Peter carries Nathan to the hospital after he explodes. Peter gets captured by Elle and Bob. He meets Adam and they escape, but The Haitian catches Peter and wipes his memory. Nathan is in the hospital with big injuries. Adam heals him with his blood. Maya and Alejandro discover Maya's ability at Alejandro's wedding. Niki seems to have another alter ego, Gina. D.L. saves a girl from a fire and Micah is very proud of him. D.L. is killed after he gets Gina/Niki in LA. Alejandro discovers his ability.

This was a great episode! It explained a lot! I didn't explain what happened to Sylar though. This episode gets a 10 out of 10!
  • Pretend your watching a lost episode!

this episode of "Heroes" is the missing four months episode. We go bsck in time to tell about some of the "Heroes" since the final episode of the season. Kristin Bell is back. I haven't seen her in weeks and she shows up. that help the epsiode. the story of how Maya and Alejandro started their journey to America. Plus some loose ends to bring us back to the present. there are only three episodes until the fall finale on december 3rd. Three more episode until possibly the season finale until next fall, if the Writers Strike is settle. that would be a bummer.
  • I was expecting so much more from this epidsode and why did it show MAya and Alejandro.

    8.7
I was really dissapointed. I thought this was going to answer all my questions but it answered like 3. Im glad it explained how peter got where he is now. Im glad on how we found out why Nathan kept seeing a burnt image of himself and im glad we found out about niki and DL. What im mad about is that it never anwsered other big questions, it only gave us some we didnt even care about. I was really looking forward to see how Sylar got out of Kirby Plaza but instead it showed Maya and Alejandro who i dont care about. it didnt even show how Matt survived those gunshots. You already know he does, but you expect me to believe he just fine the next day. and it didnt show any of Claire or HRG. i was sooo mad. Next week better be amazing or i am boycottign this show.
  • great episode

Events that took place after the finale of season 1 are shown to help fill in the blanks that were missing. Maya and Alejandro's origins are revealed. The mystery surrounding Peter's disappearance is shown and his run in with a member of the company Adam. Now we know what happened to Peter and how he ended up in Ireland. This episode explains lots of things about the past. It's a really exciting episode, there are lots of things that are connected. But more mysteries are shown when the episode is about to end. It's a great episode, the writers did a really good job making this very watchable and exciting.
  • Best episode of the season.

    8.5
This was a terrific episode. What messed it up for me is that this would have been the perfect season premiere. I don't really understand what was the point of showing all this stuff so far into the season. I feel that it should have been shown earlier or not shown at all.

I liked how Adam "opened" Peter's eyes and encouraged Peter. The scene of Peter flying with a burnt up Nathan was just beautiful. Nathan looked ghastly in the hospital before Adam healed him.

Bob simply annoys me. He really does. I don't find him beleiveable as an evil man or as a poweful man. He's just like this geek that doesn't really belong. I don't like Elle either. I'm going to withold final judgment of Elle until I can see her more, but right now she's like a spoiled brat to me. When I saw DL, I got excited, thinking that he'd survived the four months span after all. It was so sad to see him get shot like that. I still don't really understand why Niki didn't take the meds. Anyway, if this episode would have aired as the season opener, I would have given it a perfect 10. To air it now just annoys me a little. It was still a good episode though.
  • We find out what happened between then and now, but it wasn't really much.

    6.5
We discover a lot about why the Heroes are where they are right now, and yeah, it was quite interesting and I wouldn't have the season without this episode, but it was disappointing and I didn't really enjoy it all too much.

    Peter
A huge part of the episode revolves around Peter, Nathan and their mother and his story was the strangest. We find out how Nathan is still alive after last season's tragedy, but after that question is answered a lot more sprout up and they are also eventually answered. Pretty good, but nothing too special about it.

    Nikki
What!? D.L. is alive!? After the first season though... we find out how D.L. really dies, and why Nikki feels so guilty about it. One of the better story lines this episode, which is a shock because Nikki is rarely interesting.

    Maya
We discover when Maya first got her powers and why they are currently on the run from the Mexican police. Very interesting characters, they better stay on the show!

Episode Quote (courtesy of Adam): Good. Then, shall we save the world now?
