Episode Summary

Jessica and D.L. discover some of the stuff that Linderman wants from them and Micah. Sylar questions his path when he realizes what he is predestined to do and reunites with his mother to seek validation. Hiro and Ando follow him, and Hiro's resolve is tested when he realizes the enormity of killing another human being. Meanwhile, Angela Petrelli tries to convince Nathan to go along with Linderman's plan. And Peter tries to prove to Claire that they are both destined to save New York. Also there is a new hero who is supposed to be holding the key to stopping Sylar.moreless

    in this ep of the show heroes nikki and dl have found some of the stuff lederman is wanting them to find and micka. and peter learns new info and is tring to convice clair and him and others are going t save new york when this desturction happens in new york and syler questions himself on what he is doing and so he goes and sees his mother but he accidently kills her and hiro and ando go and follow him and he must decide on whatever to kill him and he learns his destinay this was good epmoreless

  • Hiro returns from the future and realizes that his destiny may be a little harder to fulfill than he thought. Peter tries to convince Claire that she's supposed to help save the world and Sylar tries to stop the destructive future he himself painted.moreless

    The next chapter of Heroes is one of three that leads to the events of the volume finale. Jessica and DL both try to save Micah who is kept captive by Candice in order to fulfill Linderman's plan.
    Nathan has doubts about Linderman's plans but his mother Angela thinks Nathan is looking at the whole picture all wrong. Angela believes that Nathan needs to have a little faith and be the one they need to heal the world.
    Peter tries to convince Claire to stay and help him save the world together. Peter finds out about Ted Sprague the exploding man. He realizes that even if Ted is not the exploding man and turns out he becomes the bomb, Claire may be the only who can get close enough to him and shoot him at the back of his head.
    Mohinder accepts Thompson's offer to work for the company only if he is in charge and not the other way around. In the company, he meets Molly Walker (the girl Matt saved in chapter 2: don't look back), the so-called Walker system, who has the ability to track anyone in the world and who might be our Heroes' only chance of finding Sylar.
    Sylar, after he paints himself taking Ted's explosive power, shows his sensitive side and calls first Mohinder and then his mother in hopes he be able to stop himself from exploding. His visit however turns out to be not what he thought. His mother insists that her son is meant to become anything he wants (even president). This however is something that makes Sylar tick. Sylar merely wants to be a normal person who will not kill millions of people. In the end, when Sylar's mother realizes her son's evil side she wants him to leave and in a fight he accidentilly kills her. By the end, Sylar doesn't seem to regret it though.
    Hiro returns from the future and wants to save the world more than ever but the only way to do that is to kill Sylar (according to Isaac's comic book). After he finds Sylar in Isaac's loft he follows him to his mother's house where he witnesses Sylar's mother by Sylar. He attempts to kill him but he hesitates and the result is that the Kensei sword was broken by Sylar's ice power.
    Overall all the pieces are coming together. The characters are compelling and we realize that we are in fact dealing with ordinary people that just happen to have extraordinary abilities. Key facts: Angela and Nathan's conversation that reveals a small part of the previous generation's life (which will be more thoroughly explored in volume 2). Remember during this time, Linderman is the one that has the plan and Angela supports him. Furthermore, notice that Molly is sick (and hence she can't use her power), a sickness that is healed by Mohinder's blood and it will be the main plot of volume 2. Enjoy!moreless

  • The time is coming

    This episode was little off the pace and I think the main reason is - it is just a calm before the storm and now when the storm is coming, they just need to set the stage.

    Micha is taken to NYC and his parents go after him. Also trio of Claire's dad, cop and exploding man are there too and the end reveals that Peter is getting into the trouble.

    I would say the best thing of this episode was Hiro part.. his doubts, his action.. and for my surprise, Syler. He really stepped out of the shadow and turned out to be human. The human side of him... just wanting to be something else.. and he wanting to stop what is coming...moreless

    I liked this episode very much. I thought that it was well written and the story was good. The two stars of the show had to be Sylar and Hiro. It was a fun episode with entertaining bits sprinkled here and there. It kept me busy for an hour and it was well worth it. My favorite parts of the show had to be where Sylar meets his mother. It was a nice reunion and it really showed another side of his character. Another part that was great was the confrontation between him and Hiro. It was cool to see Hiro freeze time and almost axe Sylar. The thing is that he escaped right before Sylar could do anything. Thank you.moreless

    Hiro and Ando are more determined than ever to stop the explosion. Nathan takes surprising steps to win the election. Jessica and D.L. learn how their family fits into Linderman's plans. Sylar visits his mother. Thompson brings someone new into the Company.Side story about Sylar.
    This episode wasn't as good as I was expecting, I thought it was going to be another brilliant episode but it failed to reach my expectations however it wasn't that bad by no way was it the worst episode of the season just not as fast paced and less stuff happened in it, getting so close to the end of the season I thought it would be like Lost or Prison Break because we normally see those two shows become there best at the end of the season. The best parts in this episode was Sylar and Hiro scenes the best part was where they where both in Issac'c apartment. The ending of the episode was really poor in my opinion I would have finnished the episode in the the scene before the last, but I'm not the writer.moreless
