At night, Thelma and Peggy enjoy themselves. The two have a good time together. They wonder what will happen now. They are still here, so the world is out of order. Then they make out.

Thelma searches for Cassie who is constantly throwing up. Back in her room, Thelma tries to convince Cassie to tell Mrs. Watkins, but Cassie doesn't want to. Cassie asks for Thelma to stay while she sleeps a bit.

Cassie sleeps and Thelma watches over her.

The next day, Cassie is still throwing up. Thelma thinks it's getting worse. Thelma thinks Cassie is pregnant.
In her room, Cassie is upset and they wait for her test to come back. It's positive. Cassie is pregnant. She thinks it's Troy's child. Cassie thinks it's not possible to be Azazeal's as that was only a couple of days back. However with Azazeal, nothing is normal as Thelma points out. Mrs. Watkins knocks on the door and enters. Cassie fades out and Mrs. Watkins is extremely worried. Cassie tells Mrs. Watkins that she is pregnant and Mrs. Watkins is upset. Mrs. Watkins makes a doctor's appointment.

Mrs. Watkins is on the phone. Cassie and Mrs. Watkins wait for her to make the appointment. Mrs. Watkins asks if it's Leon's or whose it is. Cassie tells her it's not Leon's but she isn't sure whose. Tomorrow is the appointment but Cassie doesn't want to keep it. Mrs. Watkins wants her to think about it. Cassie goes back to her room and Mrs. Watkins looks concerned.

Thelma walks through the halls at night searching for Peggy. She then checks up on Cassie. Cassie dreams about Azazeal and what happened in the past and she hears a baby screaming. She wakes up.

The next morning, Cassie gets up when Azazeal brings her a tea. He knows she is pregnant. He knows she carries his child. He knows it will be a boy. He knows about her plan. He explains that he will be her son after all. Azazeal tells her not to cut him out.

Next thing, Cassie already has a baby bump. The baby is growing way too fast. Thelma brings Cassie to the taxi when Troy already returns. Cassie says hi to Troy. They talk for a bit. He doesn't want to break up with her as he's madly in love. He notices she is pregnant and is shocked, but the hammer finally hits him when she tells him it's not his. She takes her cab and takes off.

At the clinic Cassie is told the baby is 20 weeks old. The doctor examines her. She wants a termination as she explains. She is close to the legal limit. He tries to talk her out of it, but she is convinced. She tries to get an appointment as soon as possible.

Back at school, Thelma complains about that arrogant doctor. Thelma gives Cassie a little pep talk that she is doing the right thing. Thelma compares their situation to Jesus and Judas.

A cab brings Mrs. Watkins home from her date with Azazeal. They smile at each other. In her room he tells her that he is the leader of a group of fallen angels. She laughs and then they start to make out on her bed.

Peggy tells Thelma that she found something. Apparently it was essential that Hera's child, Azazeal's child back in the old Egypt died before it was born and that is what saved the world. So Cassie's child must die, but then Thelma will also be gone – as the order of things would be restored again. Thelma cries.

In her room, Thelma and Cassie talk about her child. Cassie got a letter from the hospital this morning so everything is set now. Cassie tells Thelma that she is scared. Thelma promises she will be there for her. The two talk a bit and Thelma tries to comfort Cassie.

Cassie knocks on Mrs. Watkins' door. Azazeal opens up, with Mrs. Watkins behind him. Cassie walks away and packs her things in her room. She's seriously pregnant already. Thelma cries. Cassie has a present for Thelma – her Christmas present. It's a picture of the two of them, a year ago, when the world was in order for them. They remember their past. Cassie takes her things and is ready to leave for the hospital. Thelma stays back alone and cries.

In the hospital, Cassie talks to the doctor. The problem is that the child is growing a lot faster than they had expected. Cassie and the doctor agree that things should be done rather sooner than later.

The doctor leaves the hospital and Azazeal watches him.
Cassie sleeps in the hospital and Azazeal pays her a visit. He brings her flowers. He doesn't understand why she hates him that much. They talk about Mrs. Watkins. Cassie is somewhat jealous that he now sleeps with her teacher. He tries to convince her not to go through with it. She tells him to leave so he does. She remains, crying in her bed. Thelma is shocked to see Azazeal coming out of Cassie's room. Cassie starts to doubt her decision. Thelma tries to push her to do the right thing. Cassie questions Azazeal's motivation. So Thelma is forced to tell her the truth. Cassie doesn't want to listen to Thelma's story about the birth of her child being the trigger to free the Nephelims.

At a church, the doctor visits a service. It's a very small group in the church. Azazeal is there as well, celebrating the Christmas night. He also speaks to the group about values and the story of the Virgin Mary. Turns out he has his own version of the Christmas story, but his listeners are fascinated by his speech and follow his every word. The doctor listens to the pro life words Azazeal speaks.

Cassie is prepared for the surgery. She's doesn't react anymore. Thelma is outside the room crying as well. Then Cassie is taken to the surgery.
Thelma thinks about the picture of the two of them whilst she waits besides Cassie's bed. Later on Thelma is gone and Cassie slowly wakes up. Thelma isn't there anymore, but then Thelma returns. Cassie still can see Thelma making Thelma confused. Cassie is happy that Thelma is still here, until Thelma tells her why she should have been gone.

Azazeal looks at a baby and thanks the doctor for saving the baby and giving it to him. He tells him god will remember this day.
