    I think its Shortman because Arnold's grandpa does mention that a lot throughout the run of the show. Footballhead, Schwartz, Klein, and Hey (being his first name) are all clever possibilities.

    I just wish someone could contact Craig and ask him so we don't have to wonder forever.

    I say his last name is Smith too

    I think Mr. Smith is Arnold's dad and he doesn't want Arnold to know who he is, that's why hes so private and never talks to people.

    Well, Spencer Klein did Arnold's voice from 1999-2002, so it is possible that he used his own last name.

    I like Shortman. Arnold Shortman. It's sort of like in Kill Bill where he calls her Kiddo all the time and it turns out to be her last name.

    In late 2002, Bartlett teased the viewers even further, by claiming that Arnold's last name is a name that was actually mentioned throughout the run of the show.
