  • Excellent episode and a thumbs up.

    9.5
This episode was so good and I really like it because they do many things and they go on a parade in which is really fun watching them. The other episode I liked it better because it was about Oskar and we finally figure out something about him that he can't read but it was quite sad seeing him like that because the boy asked him to read the map and he refused because he didn't know how to read and that was really sad and I liked the way he found a cat in which was little and read him a book and saying: "I want to pet the kitty" and that was a very good quote in the episode and the way he managed to go back to the boarding house was great also.moreless

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • If Oskar is a paperboy and can't read, how is he able to read the addresses of where he's suppose to deliver the newspapers?

    • Helga's mother was on the bed calculating stuff with that gizmo that has paper coming out of it when Helga entered the room. There was a close up with Helga and her mom. After the close up, when the whole bed was shown again, the gizmo was gone.

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Arnold: (teaching Oskar) A, B, C, D, E, F, G...
      Oskar: H, I, C, K, 1, 2, B. I'm reading, huh?

    • Grandpa Phil: (After Oskar learns to read) Well, now I've seen everything, except for a really good low-calorie soft drink.

    • Oskar: I didn't need to read to become the successful man I am today.
      Arnold: But... you're a paperboy.
      Oskar: What's your point?

    • Helga: Mom?
Miriam: Helga? What on earth are you doing here?
Helga: I need you for a minute, Mom. I mean, I need to talk to you.
Miriam: You need me for a minute, Mom. Listen, I am sorry, Helga, but this is just not a good time. I mean, we'll be back on in five minutes and they need me. So whatever it is, it'll just have to wait until later, okay? So, go on, bye-bye, go do your homework or something.

    • Oskar: Kitty, kitty, kitty, do you want to pet the kitty? Yes, I want to pet the kitty! Pet, pet, pet!  (Laughs). Look everybody! I'm petting the kitty!

    • Oskar: It was the best of times, it was the worst of times...

    • Kid: Can't you read, mister, can't you read?
