Hey! Spring of Trivia

Show Summary

HEY: SPRING OF TRIVIA is a high-speed procession of fascinating trivia and outrageous information. In Japan viewers send in more than 20,000 trivia suggestions per week covering topics ranging from pop culture and science to sports and history. From these submissions, the best trivia ideas are selected and video demonstration segments are produced with the accuracy of each segment rigorously verified. Each segment is introduced by HEY: SPRING OF TRIVIA's two cool yet self-effacing hosts, Japanese actors Katsumi Takahashi and Norito Yashima.

  • One of the gems that you find while flipping through the channels really great.

Mabye this show isnt right for an american audiance but I loved its short lived apperance on Spike TV. The show was about various trivia that really got your mind going which is what i look for when I watch TV, and not that discovery channel boring programs. This show lets you learn and entertains you at the same time. I find myself telling my friends some trivia that I hear on the show and they are all amazed by it. The show only aired in prime time for 3-4 weeks then was sadly pushed back to 1 am in the morning then once they went through all of the episode they droped it. Its such a shame they could have tryed harder to get more viewers to watch such a great show instead of just casting it aside so quickly.moreless
