Hidden Palms

Liza keeps searching for answers to support her theory that Cliff and Greta killed Eddie. Greta's father, Skip comes into town and causes some trouble for Greta and Tess. Johnny and Bob play in the charity golf tournament, but Johnny doesn't want to get close to Bob. Nikki is confused about her feelings for Cliff. Liza finds Greta's Halloween costume in Cliff's floorboards and it is bloody. Cliff shows up at Mrs. Nolan's house and they start kissing.



This episode was great! Weird ending and different clues! I don't like Skip at all. I don't think Greta killed Eddie, but Cliff seems mysterious. This episode gets a 10 out of 10!

I think this was the best episode so far, both in terms of storyline and character development.



The acting was quite good too but the suspense and surprising revelations in this episde were fantastic.



Greta's father is a newcomer but as annoying a character as he is, he does cast some doubt on Greta's innocence. I loved how Tess threw the drink in his face, he really did deserve that.



I hope Johnny and Bob get along better from now on, I do like Bob and think he's a good influence and a friendly figure in this show.



Hmm what to say about NIkki and Cliff, it's a like a train wreck, you don't want to watch but you kinda have to...

Well first of all liza is getting a little creepy..but what she found in cliffs room was way creepier. So there mgith be a chance cliff or greta killed eddie

i dont like greta dad at all. Greta and Johny were totally cute this episode and so was cliff and nikki.

I really don't like Greta's father. He's a jerk. And what's that story about covering up Eddie's death? I really hope we'll get closure on this soon, it's freaking me out not to know what's happened and why on earth Eddie might have been killed.

Cliff is sooo creepy. Honestly, I have already totally forgotten about the sweet and sensitive character (Zach) that Michael Cassidy was playing on The OC. Even though I absolutely dislike Cliff, I kinda like the way Michael is portraying him. It's really authentic. Totally jerk, completely psychopath, but somehow still soooo hot. Just think of that scene with Nikki. Wow!

A very good episode, I wish they all were like this.



We get to know more and more about the mystery of Palm Springs. Cliff's mom is a hard woman, I knew she'd spill the drink on that jerk.

It is intriguing that a person like Greta's father is such a womanizer but on the other hand he turns out to have some connections high enough to help cover Eddie's death.



Right now I really don't know how Eddie died and I want to find out asap!



And hahaha, Cliff's idea to explain to Liza that he DID NOT kill Eddie was brilliant.

Hahahaha... man, this is so funny... and sad at the same time.

What is wrong with the people's brain? I mean, really? 4 points?

Not that I want or have to defent a show... I just started watching this myself...

The best series ever are stuff like Lost, The Shield, 24 and so on. I liked The OC though.

And this is the ONLY new series which comes close to OC. So how in gods name you rate it with lower than 6 or 7? Again, what's wrong with your heads? Again, I'm not saying this is a great show or whatever. It's decent so far and that's more than 90% of everything else which gets 8 or 9s... Hilarious.

This is a very revealing episode. Liza tells Johnny that it was her sending him the IMs. Liza sneaks into Cliff's house to find info about Eddie's murder. Great tells Johnny the truth, her dad comes home, and Nikki is on the road to recovery. Johnny and Bob are in a golf tournament together, not by choice mind you. Greta's dad is not the nicest guy around, but we learn that he pulled strings to keep the police away after Eddie's death. Liza finds Greta's halloween costume, with blood on it. Johnny goes to see Eddie's mom, and him and his mom have a talk about her late husband. We also learn something new and very important in the mystery, Cliff was sleeping with Eddie's mom! The next epsidoe is going to be very integral too I bet.

If this was like another one of Kevin Williamson's shows it would be properly named Cliff's Creek. For sure there's a main character Johnny who drives the plot, but Cassidy shines. Liza's snooping catches her in hot water with Clif not once but twice and we see these two scorch the screen. I've never seen a threat posed so erotically but somehow Michael has done wonders with Cliff. The Cougar ending made me giggle. It's no wonder the viewer ratings went up every half hour, Palms was on fire and people love watching soft core porn wrapped in Cassidy hotness.

For the first time I am going against my previous point grade I have given and everyone one else lately. I thought this episode was really good. I appreciated two episodes back to back and they had great stuff to see. We were able to see Cliff intimidating Liza. That guy does have his strange moments. I thought the golf tournament was great fun all the way till the end. Greta's Dads entrance was also a moment that I had to laugh about. Liza trapped in Cliff’s closet while Nikki and Cliff got busy was another moment to really laugh about. But then Liza found Greta's costume with blood on it. Liza really has her runaway mind going now.

I think that the show is finnally getting some more mystery to it. I still don't like something about this show and I think that is just the bad storyline. I don't think the actors are that great either, like, the guy who plays Clif isn't a good actor to me. I think the show is getting better, but I'm not sure if it's going to make it very far.
