Charlie and MacLeod come to the aid of Sara Lightfoot, an Indian woman on the run with a baby. She tells them Avery Hoskins is trying to steal her baby. Hoskins and his brothers come after them, and they are forced to flee overland. After a rugged flight through a mountain canyon, MacLeod learns that the baby is in fact Hoskins' son, taken by Sara in retribution for her own child, killed by runoff from Hoskins' mines.moreless

Reminds me of an old A Team/Macgyver epsode where some owner of a big company is trying to coverup his operation and hurt someone....Nothing happens of any consequence in this epsisode except show that it does bother Maccleod that he cant have any kids. My only question will Phil Akin continue to overact with his emotions?

    • Charlie: (about the baby) You wanna have one of your own someday? Duncan: Yeah, I've thought about it. It's not for me. Charlie: Don't say that. A man like you, I mean, you've gotta have a kid of your own, man. Look, someone to share things with, you know, to love, to teach all the stuff you know. I mean, who're you gonna pass that onto?

    • Margaret: Don't you think some things are best done in moderation? Duncan: Moderation, Margaret, is for monks. Nora: Ooh, well said. Say, can I use that for my next novel? Duncan: Absolutely, so long as you give me credit. Nora: Impossible. Besides, everybody knows that a man's place is in the kitchen. Or is it in the bedroom?

    • Nora: How old were you when you lost your virginity? Margaret: There are limits, Nora! Nora: Only for the limited.

    • Duncan: Who will remember her if you go? Who will sing her song? Was she like you, Sara? Was she beautiful? Sara: Yeah, she was. Duncan: All babies are. They give us hope, Sara, they give us a promise of better things to come.
