During the final fight, Roddy Piper swings his sword and it ends up behind him along with his right arm. But after being beheaded, Roddy's right arm and sword are suddenly in front of him despite there being no time to change position.
During the initial battle between Gallen and Duncan, when Gallen leaps off the roller coaster it is clearly not Roddy Piper - the stuntman's hair is shorter and substantially darker.
When Tommy gets hit, Duncan administers chest pressure to maintain his breathing. Duncan's trained in emergency medicine and should know you don't apply chest compression to a man who just had his chest crushed by a car impact - it'd drive the broken rib cage into the lungs.
Bess: Men are like horses - big and stupid. But they do have their uses.
Richie: (referring to Suzanne's age) Twenty-five? And how old are you? Duncan: Four hundred. But you know what, Richie? Today I feel like a kid.
Gallen: In a couple of months I could come back. Suzanne: You won't be coming back. Gallen: You may be surprised.
Honniger: A man in my kind of position can't be too careful. Duncan: What kind of position is that? Honniger: On top.
Duncan: (in broad Scottish accent) Us Highlanders have to stick together.
Gallen: Too bad we're on holy ground. Duncan: Oh, we'll be off it one day.
Despite the title, the character Tommy has no lines and is represented by a stuntman.
While filming the final fight scene, Roddy Piper broke Adrian Paul's sword at the hilt and put a gash on Adrian's hand. Adrian finished off the scene and then went to the hospital to stitch it up.
