Trivia: This is the only Quickening that Amanda has on the original series. Her next Quickening is the second episode of Raven, "Full Disclosure."
The WWI flashback was clearly supposed to have been Duncan's first encounter with Xavier, but later episodes ("Finale" and "Double Jeopardy") show that Duncan met Xavier on at least two prior occasions.
Watch the shots of Duncan fighting the church robber carefully. As the camera cuts between the two men, you can see they are both facing the street with the church at their backs, even though the fight starts with Duncan facing the church. The production crew couldn't use long shots of Duncan that would show the street behind him because it was too modern looking to fit with the flashback so instead they used closeups and had Adrian Paul move to a different position while still facing the street with the church at his back. (look for the caged well that is behind both men no matter where they're "really" supposed to be.)
The battle where Duncan meets Darius is supposed to be Waterloo, but it took place in June of 1815. There is no official on-screen dialogue identifying the locale as Waterloo but the Watchers CD Chronicles does so. An unexpected snowstorm in Vancouver during the filming is the reason for the glitch.
When Rebecca is shown practicing with Reinhard's sword, the filming crew and the mike can be seen reflected on the hilt protection of the sword.
When Voshin drops the buoy on Duncan, he drops his sword, and it lands very close to some crates. Later, after Voshin is killed, Duncan picks his sword up from an open space of deck, even though the sword never got moved.
When Caleb drop Duncan's sword, they were in a deep part of the river, but when Duncan picks it up, the sword is right by the edge.
When Duncan stands up at Caleb's grave, we can see cables running along the ground in the background. We can also see a piece of electrical equipment, even though this is supposed to be miles from civilization.
When Duncan is shot, it is in the back. But when Duncan first meets the little girl (after being shot), there is only blood on the front of his shirt.
Each time we see Duncan in the room he was shot, the sun makes significantly different patterns through the windows, indicate a long passage of time.
The helicopter that lands on the roof has the letter GZPV on it, but when it flies over the commissioner it has GZL on it.
When the guard escorting Slade is shot, we hear a loud gunshot, but the gun it was shot from has what looks like a silencer fitted.
When Slade is brought into the court room, we can see three empty glasses set on the desk near the water jug, although when we first saw the court room, Kline was pouring water into one. Then when Kline approaches the bench, we can see that one of the three glasses has moved to the other side of the jug and been filled with water.
When Comanksi describes Felicia, he says she is five foot four, Joan Jett who played Felicia is actually five foot five and a half.
When Comanski comes to question Richie about Felicia over the death of Devereux, we see Richie is wearing a red cord around his neck. The cord is knotted to his right, but when the camera switches to behind him, we can see the knot at the back of his neck.
The song Richie plays at the start of the episode is "Cherry Bomb" by Joan Jett, who appears in this episode as Felicia Martins.
Duncan slips up on Felicia on the beach. She is surprised by his voice. She should have sensed his approach.
In the final battle, Duncan and Felicia both go into the water. When they come out, both of them get a close up and when we return to the full shot, both of them are dry.
When Felicia comes out wearing Tessa's suit, both she and Richie start walking towards the left. As the camera pans, you can see briefly someone's foot caught in the shot.
When Leo is climbing through the forest towards the cabin, to witness the "lightning," the collar of his shirt is closed. When the camera angle changed to show him hiding behind the log, the collar is open and we can see a red undershirt.
