A crook has what appears to be a perfect racket. His men cause trucks to have accidental break-downs on the roadway, and then he sends out a service to repair the trucks. His plans works until two things happen. A trucker turns down the service, calling the Highway Patrol instead, and one of the crooks/road mechanics ends up dead.
