I was very impressed with this episode. The scenes between Jonathan and the man who lost his son were very moving and quite dramatic.
I also found the character development quite a bit more sophisticated than what I've seen in previous episodes. The scene where the suspended officer tells his family he's going to work really blew me away: for a moment, I actually thought the guy had recovered from his depression and was ready to move on with his life. It wasn't until the son mentions his father's suspension that I realized that the officer had in fact become unhinged. The actor did a great job with this part.
