Linda is angry recently, her neighbors have been filing complaints about her abundance of animals, seven dogs, a cockatoo, and a rooster, saying that all of them are making too much noise. Infuriated that the neighbor goes so far as to report her animals, "members of the family," Linda confronts the neighborand her gardener, who says that Linda and her pets single-handedly destroyed the town. The Hogan family attempts to conceal some of their animals by keeping some of them in their beach house, but they still are forced to report to court. After the ruling, Linda shows her angry side when she curses out the council members...it's not pretty.moreless
  • The Hogan's reveal their feelings about their pets, and stand firm by their decision...

I thought this episode portrayed the Hogan family in a different light than previous episodes, and added a new dimension to how the family may be viewed.

When their ridiculously uptight and unreasonable, trend following, better-than-thou neighbors who certainly do nothing to dispell the idea that very wealthy people are no less stuck-up, report them, the Hogan's refuse to acquiesce to their demands that they get rid of some of their pets.

When this absurd "demand" goes to court, the Hogan's stand their ground. Linda Hogan is by far the most vocal one in the family during the court hearing, as she shows no reservations in letting her feelings be known. And after this "circus court" rules against the Hogan's, stating that they will have to pay $150 per day from that day forward until they have gotten rid of some of the animals. With that, Linda really lets loose (and rightfully so). She continues her one-sided verbal "conversation" with the neighbors all the way to their car, and is not through when they drive off.

Terry (Hulk) Hogan tries to reassure Linda, telling her they would pay the fine, appeal the decision, and their pets were going nowhere.

After the show ends, text appears on the screen, which tells us that the Hogan's waited for, then won their appeal, and will not have to get rid of any of their animals.

I thought this episode showed us some of the normalcy in the Hogan's lives, in that they had a dispute with their neighbors, had to go to court just like any other person, and in the end, refused to change their lives because of what someone else thought or said, just like any "normal" person would.moreless
  • This episode showed a sensitive side of the family.

This episode showed a sensitive side of the family. They consider their dogs a part of there family and became rather upset about being told by their neighbor that they must get rid of some of the animals. I think that it showed that even the Hogans can have regular problems with their neighbors just like everyone else. They also had to fight for their right to keep the animals. They didn't just throw their celebrity around to get what they wanted. I think this show is very fun to watch and this episode is one of the better ones that I have seen.moreless
