A British commando arrives in camp with information vital to the war effort. A group of six commandos had been captured when trying to blow up a general's headquarters. All that remained was to connect the wires and the explosives would be set. Hogan decides to take on the mission and convinces Klink to demand the other six commandos. Hogan and Carter stow away on the truck and arrive at the prison where the others are being kept. Sneaking into the ammunition supply basement they complete the previously failed mission and set the explosives to detonate. Before they escape they are interrupted by the general whom they render unconscious and take with them to Stalag 13. Once there, Hogan is informed by London that he should try to gain information from the general. When his first attempt fails, Hogan and his heroes concoct an elaborate plan to fool the general into thinking that he is dying. Hogan presses the general until he finally releases the information Hogan has been looking for. The location of the troops is — Heidelheim. Hogan smuggles the General and the first British commando out of camp and back to London and Hogan and his heroes live to fight another day.
