      • (finding a book in Klink's safe)
Newkirk: "Prisoner Of War Regulations." (blows heavy dust off) I like a camp that's run by the book.

      • Burkhalter: Now, Klink, this matter is top secret.
Klink: General Burkhalter, I assure you that this room is absolutely secure. Nobody can hear a single word. Nobody.
Hogan: (listening in) We're nobody, aren't we?
        Carter and Kinch: Nobody.
Hogan: We promise not to tell a soul, right?
        Carter and Kinch: Right.
        Hogan: Satisfied?
        Carter: I am.
Hogan: That's good enough for me.

      • Carter: Are we gonna blow it up?
Hogan: It's nice to know what something is before you destroy it, Carter.
        Carter: Why?
Hogan: Well, I mean after the war you can tell your children we blew up a 'this' or a 'that.'

      • Klink: So you really think I'm a monster, don't you?
Hogan: Not just a monster, sir, you're a genius at it.
        Klink: Insolence!
Hogan: You're not bad at that, either.

      • Klink: I can assure you, Herr General, we have needed something like this for a long time.
        Burkhalter: Something like what?
        Klink: Whatever it is!
Berger: May I try to explain it to him, Herr General?
Burkhalter: You may have to use baby talk. Carry on.

      • (as LeBeau and Newkirk are sweeping Klink's office after violating his safe)
Schultz: There is some monkey business going on here.
Newkirk: You know, Schultz, as a people, you Germans are terribly suspicious.
