Jac returns to Holby in the capacity of a Registrar but is annoyed to discover she isn't the only Registar as Hanseen introduces Sahira Shah, giving Jac some competition and it is soon clear Sahira and Hanseen have history.
Ric is pleased to receive a new cancer drug but when a Mum named Ruby isn't giving the drug, Ric talks to Hanseen who doesn't budge because of the cost of the drug, resulting in Ric giving up his own drug supply for Ruby.
Chrissie begins to lose confidence in herself as she goes for the job of Nurse Practitioner but when new Orthopaedic Consultant Dan appears, Chrissie rediscovers her Mojo.
