  • TRIVIA (3)

  • QUOTES (5)

    • (During a break in the filming)
Tim: It's a good time for some makeup, I think.
      Al: Do I need a touch-up?
Tim: No, you're fine, but the tools are all shiny. Can we get some powder!?

    • Jill: (about her new computer) This is not a toy, it's a very serious tool. Now come over here and check all the way fun stuff I got to go with it!

    • Al: I'm Al Borland, your host, Al Borland.

    • Tim: I could be the next Hitchcock.
Jill: Tim, Alfred Hitchcock didn't direct any how-to videos.
Tim: Not Alfred Hitchcock. Herb Hitchcock. He's famous. Did the first one. "How to Make a Cabinet," "How to Make a Table," oh, and my favorite, "How to Make a Table Part Deux."
Jill: Isn't that the one you forced me to watch on our wedding night?
Tim: No. That was "What to Do About a Squeaky Bed."

    • Tim: Who you gettin' to direct it?
Al: Well, I would need someone experienced. You know, knows tools, knows television and the Al Borland personality.
Tim: Boy, that'll be tough. There is no Al Borland personality.

  • NOTES (0)

  • ALLUSIONS (4)

    • Harry: Frankly, Al, I don't give a damn.

This is a reference to Clark Gable's famous line from Gone With The Wind: "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

    • Harry: I do a great Brando. STELLA!

This refers to a classic scene from the movie A Streetcar Named Desire -- a young Marlon Brando standing in the rain in a ripped T-shirt and yelling, "STELLA!"

    • Harry: You talkin' to me? You talkin' to ME?

Harry was imitating Robert DeNiro in the movie Taxi Driver.

    • Wilson: Shalom, neighbor.

Wilson has a Sukkah in his backyard for the Jewish holiday of Sukkot. "Shalom" is a Hebrew word for "hello," "goodbye," or "peace."
