  • Tim believes Al and Heidi are getting together!

    10
Okay, this episode is and always will be my favorite of the entire series. When Heidi's husband makes a divorce with her, she wants someone to still take her to the Tiki Bar. Al then volunteers to do it, and now Heidi is now introducing Al on Tool Time (Binford Tools is proud to present Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor and Al "The Most Sensitive Guy in the World" Borland). When Tim calls Al one morning, Heidi ends up picking up, and now Tim thinks the two are getting together. The end was the best part, it turns out that they were not getting together, but when Tim didn't look, the two kissed! Finally, that kiss I've always wanted between the two! This episode was my all-time favorite and nothing can change my mind about that.

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • Tim kids Payne Stewart that he couldn't "afford the rest of those pants", when in actually at this time Payne Stewart was seventh on the all-time PGA Tour money list with well over 9 million dollars.

  • QUOTES (3)

    • Heid: (answers the phone)Good morning. Borland residence.
Tim: (in a weird voice)Wrong number. Buh bye.
      Al: Who was that?
Heidi: It sounded like one of the muppets.

    • Tim: (about Heidi) She wouldn't go for a guy like Al. Her husband is tall and handsome. He spends more time at the gym than Al does at Hickory Farms.

    • Jill: It's a sinus mask. If it doesn't work, it's totally returnable.
Tim: I'd love to be the second owner of that thing.

  • NOTES (0)

  • ALLUSIONS (2)

    • Al: So you're Kermit?
Tim: (in a froggy voice) Maybe.

Tim tries to disguise his voice when he calls Al's house, and Heidi thinks he sounds like lovable muppet Kermit The Frog.

    • Title: Futile Attraction
