  • Tim becomes Al's landlord.

I'm sure we all know that season 7 has the show going downhill, but this episode did not show that at all. When Tool Time does an off-site show, they show how to build a house, and while Tim recommends to rent it as Al reckons not too, Al ends up renting it. Tim then makes him sign an 18 page contract with pointless rules like "No eating gravy in the bedroom". Al then signs it, but pushes Tim too far since he's now the landlord of the home. Tim refuses to be Al's friend anymore if he was going to push him this far, and quits his landlording duties. After talking to Wilson, Tim then tries to say it's okay for him to do all the work and rips up the contract to make it up for him, but it turns out he ripped up Al's life insurance policy. LOL! In the subplot, Brad and Randy both buy the same shirt, so Jill attempts to consult the one who'll wear the shirt, and Randy wins. At the end, Brad gets a new shirt, but Al turns out to have the same exact shirt. LOL! This episode was just great, it was much better than a lot of the episodes in the season. And although it had its bad points, it was still great.

    FINAL GRADE: A-moreless
  • This is a sweet episode.

This episode is funny. Tim becomes a landlord.

Tim buys a house and renovates it on Tool Time. He is going to rent it to someone. Al is interested in renting it. Tim let's him and does a huge background check on him. He makes Al sign a 18 page contract. He does and he gets Tim to fix everything in the house. Tim gets fed up with him and threatens to evict him. Al says he can sue Tim if he does. Jill goes over to talk to Al. Tim turns to Wilson for advice. Wilson says that he shouldn't be so worried about Al. Meanwhile, Jill is at Al's house. Al and Jill talk about how bad Tim is. Tim comes in and Jill leaves. Al and Tim work things out. Tim rips up Al's life insurance policy because he thinks it's the lease to the house. Tim and Al are friends again.

    I give this episode a 9.5 out of 10.moreless
