Brendan makes an educational video to teach kids not to put marbles in their nose. McGuirk looks for a new place with Erik, but ends up right back where he started.
The best part of this episode was Scab's music video, which was hilarious. This was just a funny, well done episode. Mcguirk and Erik's adventures add some laughs, and the last couple minutes are some of the funniest in the series. Brendon Small always does a good job with the music, but the timing and the song itself are just perfect. This was one of the first episodes I saw, and I was bursting out laughing during Brendon's video. This is a good representative episode from the series, and it is one of my favorites. And remember kids, don't put marbles in your nose!moreless
(Acting in the movie)Melissa: Is Spiky stupid because he puts marbles up his nose?
Jason: Yes. (Brendon frowns) No. He just has to learn not to do it--but he might be a little stupid.
Edit
Melissa Dad, how much longer do you think Coach McGuirk is going to live with us?
Erik: Well, it's only been four hours, Melissa.

Brendon:(Taking a survey) So ah, tell me, at what point did you get the urge to stick marbles in your nose?
Kid: When Spikey told me not to.
Edit
McGuirk: Ha ha. Sgt. Schultz is hilarious. The show McGuirk is watching on the television is none other than Hogan's Heroes.
Edit
Dwayne's Band: Music References. The guy named Scab is dressed up like a member of the band KISS. Another member is dressed up like a member of the band Devo. The part of the video with the straight jacket is an homage to the band Quiet Riot. And the final high kick folowed by the guitarist with the headband is a homage to Van Halen.
Edit
Brendon: The call is coming from inside the house. A funny reference to the film When A Stranger Calls.
