At the beginning of this episode, Melissa and her dad Eric watch one of Brendon's films, titled "Shore Leave" same as the episode, in which Melissa plays an old salty sea captain who drinks, swears, and fights. Eric begins to worry that Melissa's masculine side might be a little too developed, and announces that he has enrolled Melissa in a group called the Little Princess Club, an evil girl-scout type organization.

Meanwhile, Paula makes arrangements for Brendon to spend the weekend at Fenton's. Since both Melissa and Brenon are spending their wekends elsewhere, they and Jason atempt to stay in touch with walkie-talkies. This doesn't work, however, because none of them are able to work the things. Brendon is in hell, as Fenton forces him to make "video-films" as he calls them, featuring Fenton as a great wonderful handsome hero, and Brendon as the exact oppposite. Plus, he eats "rice-flavored rice" morning, noon, and night. Fenton sleeps at 6:30,with the light on, wakes at 5:30, and cheats at all board games.

Melissa isn't too happy either. The FPC is an evil, money grubbing corporation, exploiting it fairy-winged members as salesmen for their crap. Mellisa is sent to the mall, and is threatened that she is being secretly watched, and will be punished for poor sales. She meets McGuirk at the mall, but that doesn't help, as McGuirk is drunk (as usual.)

Jason, meantime is having fun with the walkie-talkies, making funny noises and pretending to be a message machine when Brendon or Melissa try to call him for help. The two both make their escapes on Sunday night. During his, Brendon makes a wrong turn and finds Fenton's mom, nude (with his camera on) Fenton attacks him and he runs for his life. Melissa, on the other hand, to escape punishment for bad sales, pulls a "Die Hard" She causes an explosion in the Fairy Pricess kitchen by putting a hair spray can in the microwave, and slipping out during the panic. Brendon and Melissa run into each other, and are rescued by McGuirk and Jason. McGuirk takes them out for ice cream, and breaks Jason's walkie because he won't stop speaking through it.

In the end, Brendon never sleeps over at Fenton's house again, (though, many other boys want to sleep over now) Eric pulls Melissa out of Fairy Princesses, and McGuirk gets ahold of Brendon's nude tape. He trys to put it on the Internet, only to discover that "fentonsnudemom.com" and "middleagednudemom.com" are already taken.
