At one point, they consider getting married to each other, then the the two "friends" play out a little game of "Carrying Over the Threshold" "Carrying over the Threshold" is a common post-wedding tradition for the bride and the groom to carry out upon marriage. When the Honeymoon starts, the groom must carry the bride to either the bedroom or the living area of the motel/resort there residing in, and thrust her onto the most comfortable area nearby. -In this case, Walter acted as the groom whilst Perry soaked it up in his role of the blushing bride...
