Homeland Season 4 Premiere Review: Oh, Baby
As Homeland tries to leave Brody behind, the question is whether the show's pointed reboot came at the exact right time, or too little, too late.

Your Voice: Homeland Should Have Ended With the Season 3 Finale
It was December 16th, a day after the season finale of Homeland had aired. I was a bit confused. The series had closed most of the story lines that were important. Brody is dead, Carrie is off to Istanbul after a promotion, Saul is off to a new career to a private agency, The CIA is going in a new direction with a new director. The only other character I care about Quinn, will probably follow Carrie to Istanbul. It felt more like a series finale then a season finale and maybe it even should have been a series finale as the power was in the tension/suspense between Carrie and Brody and that interaction con no more be.

In my confusion I asked you in my post ‘Homeland Season 3 Finale: A Season or Series Finale?’ whether you, the other members, thought it was a season finale or should ...Read more

Homeland Season 3 Finale: A Season or Series Finale?
This morning I watched the season finale, just a few hours after it aired in the US. To be honest, I am a bit confused about my opinion. Being the #5 contributing member in the Homeland community (after 4 staff), one might think I'm a huge fan but I think I am not or no more. What brought me to the show was the explosive tense/suspense that was season one and the interaction between Carrie and Brody. This last episode isn't even that bad as a series finale, it had the pace for it and it closed most of the storylines that were important. Brody is no more, Carrie is off to a new part of her career, Saul is off to a new career, The CIA is going in a new direction with a new director. The only other character I care about Quinn, will probably ...Read more

Based on the Israeli version called "Prisoners of War." A U.S. soldier who was thought to have been killed in Iraq over 8 years ago who is now being questioned as to whether he is a member of a sleeper cell sent to cause a terrorist attack. Claire Danes stars in this Showtime pilot as a CIA agent with bipolar disorder who comes to suspect that an Afghanistan war hero who has returned home after years as a POW might be part of a terrorist plot. Expect a psychological thriller with a strong focus on character development.
