Wow! A tense episode. Brodie, always conflicted somewhat, is broken...Or, is he? The part of Carrie is always best when she is hanging over the edge of oblivion and that is exactly how she plays Brodie here. Not to diminish the interrogation by Quinn, but it was just a slightly out-there set-up for Carrie, and she delivers here. This is heady stuff and the going forward for the entire story jumps off from this episode. How Dana's faux pas with veep's son plays out is anyone's guess as it seemed thrown in to the snake-pit of all the other morass. Yet, there is a feeling of everything being so edgy and tense that one can't help but be totally invested. We, however, are not so gullible to think that Brodie will all the sudden become the CIA's star double-agent, but we do know he will be given the chance to either play ball or tangle things up so unbelievably that there will be a big occurrence in time. Great episode.
