A good start to the new year of Homeland. It was easier to follow where things are and where they are going than in previous episodes. And we did not have that much overacting/nonsensical screaming by Claire Danes, so that was a positive. It also featured prominently the relationship between Nicholas and Dana, which I think is an underrated aspect of the show.
It was a well-written premiere, and had some action as well as some suspense. Not much more you can ask for.
