Honky Tonk Freeway is a 1981 television movie starring David Rasche as
Eddie White, Paul Jabara as T.J. Tupus and Howard Hessman as Snapper.
Small-town America meets big government development in this comedy. When
a new highway is constructed near Ticlaw, Florida, the plans do not
include an exit into the town. Giving access to tourists would mean more
visitors at the town's single attraction -- a safari park. In 1982,
Honky Tonk Freeway received a nomination for a Razzie Award.
